Nice and quiet hotel, good customer orientation, some good restaurants to eat near the hotel, a store and a bank. Rooms are quite "tired" but clean and warm. No russian/Ukrainian speaking TV channels. No water in the room, no tea pot, no slippers, breakfasts-to-go were frozen and were kept in a fridge before giving us (it's winter, in a fridge, don't know why) so everything was super cold. Despite the fact we informed the hotel that our flight was cancelled and we will come next day (1 night not used), and the hotel manager said that they are sorry for that but waiting us, our room was cancelled as no-show, so no marks in the system. I felt safe walking in the neighborhood.
There’s a restaurant inside the hotel. There is a good breakfast selection of cold cuts, bread, cereal, fresh fruit, coffees, teas, sausages, & eggs.
Location: 4/5 - only a 10 minute walk to...
