Pensiunea Bittner — Hotel in Zona Metropolitană Brașov

I'm not going to write a title of my description. |The decision of staying here was not mine and again i wish i had another choice. |The personnel wasn't welcoming at all, the room was cold and the people who were checking out when we arrived gave us a heads up on this problem. During the night the temps were -20C and in the room somewhere around 17-19C tops, even though I personally asked them to fix the problem as we were only to sleep and not bother(we were all day on the sky slopes). |The bathrooms were really really small and cold! Our room was really cute, with nice red furnishings and 2 nice balconies which allowed a lot of light a fresh air in. Lots of cupboard space to put your things and a little fridge you can use if needed. The building itself is very cute and the family-run atmosphere is nice. |The breakfast is simple but good. It serves sausage, eggs, toast, cold meats, yogurt and cereal. The coffee is particularly nice. |The location is fairly convenient, with the train station and a shopping centre (containing among other things an h&m, pharmacy, and a well-stocked supermarket) within 10 minute walk. Am facut o rezervare pentru 2 camere la aceasta pensiune si cu 1 zi inainte sunt anuntat telefonic ca nu mai este valabila intrucat cei cu rezervare anterioara au prelungit sederea (cica o echipa de muncitori care nu au terminat o lucrare). Interesant faptul ca rezervarea mea era in weekend cand nu mai lucreaza vreo echipa de muncitori.Tot interesant de neprofesionalism este si raspunsul "domnului" de la cazare :" ei... gasiti dvs o cazare...." Lipsa de respect fata de client care le plateste salariile m-a determinat sa las acesta recenzie si sa aratam si aceasta latura a turismului romanesc. Sa nu uitam si de discutia neprincipiala a dlui de la receptie in care spune:" ce,.. cand VOI clientii rezervati si nu veniti cum e..? De parca toti clientii ar fi la fel si... deja ne tragem de sireturi cand vorbim cu clientul si vrem sa-i inchidem si telefonul in nas...! Astept dreptul la replica daca considerati ca, ce am spus nu este adevarat, si va ASIGUR de intreaga mea sustinere negativa in recenzii peste tot unde voi avea ocazia atat in mediu on line cat si printre alti posibili clienti.
