Statskiy Sovetnik Na Zagorodnom — Hotel in округ Семёновский

First of all, I have to say that I am a super active traveler who sleeps at hotels all over the world every second month! I am not very picky, as long as the hotel is clean, fresh-scented and the room doesn't face the wall, but this time my travel experience turned out to be a complete disaster. ||First of all, the reason for my mini-vocation was my 30th birthday! So my mom and I, after a very meticulous search based on reviews, made our mind on Statsky Sovetnik. And boy, it was awful! First of all, the room we were checked in smelled like cigarettes and apparently had this cigarette stench for months! The room had balcony, so we quickly figured out that guests didn't care much about the policies and comfortably used it to their smoking habits! We addressed our complaint to the front desk girl and she promised to move us to another room the next morning. So we had no other choice but to wide-open the window (with -26C outside) and simply freshen our room a lil before going to sleep. ||But the craziest thing was awaiting us at night! As soon as the tv was turned off and so long-waited after the flight silence was desired, we heard this persistent drone of mechanic nature! I am very sensitive sleeper who can sleep very well if the tv on or the cars are driving by, but this sound was so annoying and persistent, that it finally crawled in my head and gave me a headache, so I finally called the front desk and asked the girl to come to my room and tell me what she can do about it! And what do you think??? she didn't hear anything!!!!!!!! Anyways, unable to sleep, I stepped out of my room at 5Am in my pyjamas and tried to find what was the cause of this torturous night right before my bday!!!!! And I found it! It was produced by many humangous fans tacked in between the building to the outside wall! The drone there was just dreadful! It felt like factory!!!!! But on top of it all, when we finally jaded by the sleepless night, managed to pass out at 6 am, a super loud noise horrified us! It was right next to our wall and sounded like the Niagara Falls! with the interval of 30 seconds! First the noise like thunder and then followed by the splashes of water! When we asked the front desk girl what it was, she didn't utter a word! We decided that it was a gigantic water heater that apparently supplied hot water to the whole building! Why do the owners of the hotel even check their guests in a room like this, I don't know! The lack of responsibility or care. ||To finish my review, I have to say that we left this hotel straight away and got our money back for the rest of the stay! We booked another hotel called Golden Triangle and these guys are really rolling! They know their business and really think through every single detail! I ll write a review about them...

My husband and I stayed 9 nights in SPB in early June 2016. ||||The building of the apartments is great and cozy. It contrasts with the place. We were informed that most of the buildings in Russia works the same way_ they do not care much to the exterior but the interior is nice. Upon entering the apartment it looks like we're in a completely different place. We stayed in apt number 6 - separate bedroom and living room. All new furniture, new equipment, making it a very pleasant atmosphere. Doors and windows soundproofing. Very quiet, we have never heard our neighbors.||||Bad appearance at the entrance of the condominium - the area of children's toys was with high grass and on the right an old and not well maintained building. The apartments are in the back and the parking lot has 5 abandoned cars which compromise the appearance.||||Subway station is about 1 km away but the subway network is very good and makes it is easy to go everywhere.||||Split air conditioning in the room.||Very clean - my husband walked barefoot and his foot went still clean||Large fluffy towels and bathroom toweling mat ||A big box with good shower (good water pressure) ||Large bed and firm mattress – excellent sleep||Good washing machine with free liquid soap sachet||Medium size refrigerator but with good freezer||Supermarkets nearby - SPAR, Netha, Prisma and several smaller grocery stores||Nice and helpfull staff. They booked us a taxi to take us to the train station on the day we left SPB||||To be improved:||There is no dishwasher||There is no English instructions to use the washing machine and microwave to use despite having responded that instructions had in the apartment when asked - had to search the internet||There is no toaster||There is no coffee maker||There is no telephone||||I have been informed that the room would be cleaned at every 3 days. On the third day changed sheets and towels, but the next cleaning nothing was changed. The soap was not refilled, neither liquid laundry soap and I had to buy toilet paper (the quantity left by the maid was not enough for the long stay)||||However my husband and I would definitely stay...

Выбирал отель для деловой поездки. Отзывы об отеле говорили, что это шикарное место, но отель оставил только негативные впечатления. Из плюсов можно отметить только хорошее расположение отеля и завтрак. Завтрак, действительно, разнообразный и вкусный. Все остальное в данном отеле не соответствует заявленному описанию. Основным критерием выбора была парковка на территории отеля. По факту это оказалась общая парковка с соседними домами, рассчитанная максимум на 5-7 машин. Место на парковке никогда нет. Въезд на парковку открывает администратор отеля. Для этого нужно остановиться перед въездом, зайти в отель, попросить администратора открыть ворота, вернуться и дождаться когда администратор наконец-то соизволит открыть въезд. Та же самая процедура вас ждет на выезде с отеля( Бизнес-отель!!! Но если Вам с утра предстоит деловая встреча и нужно выспаться и отдохнуть, то Вам это не удастся!!! В отеле ужасная шумоизоляция. Слышно всё, что происходит в соседних номерах, в коридоре и на улице. Если ваш номер выходит на Гороховую улицу окнами, то прям под нимирасположена остановка общественного транспорта. Шум постоянный. Во время пребывания в отеле этажом выше всю ночь делали ремонт, ломали стены и двигали мебель. Администрация отеля никаких мер не предпринимала. По утрам отсутствует горячая вода. И если Вы хотите принять душ, то минимум час нужно сливать воду. Сотрудники отеля отсутствуют на своих рабочих местах. Дозвониться до ресепшена не удалось ни с первого, ни с пятого раза. Чтобы войти в отель с внутреннего двора (дверь открывается только с ресепшена) приходилось звонить в дверь по 5-7 минут. И это на морозе в -18. Основным критерием при выборе номера было наличие двуспальной кровати. По факту оказалось, что это кровать с двумя сдвинутыми матрасами, с жесткими железными каркасами, которые оказываются ровно по центру кровати. Ужасные подушки, на которых выспаться просто невозможно. Из окна дует настолько сильно, что подоконник можно использовать вместо холодильника. Без кондиционера в режиме обогрева в номере ужасно холодно. Если вы остановились на несколько дней, то за всё это время вам не поменяют полотенца, и не пополнят запас средств личной гигиены. Ежедневной уборки номера нет даже если повесить табличку с просьбой об уборке. Отель абсолютно не соответствует заявленному описанию и соотношению цена – качество. Для данного отеля 4200 за сутки – это слишком завышенная цена. Останавливался в 214 номере с 21 по 23...
