This Kino Hostel on Pushkinskaya has a central and convenient location: nearby you have a subway and train station, restaurants and laundry service “Химчистка-Прачечная” (prachka.com, however if you wish to wash it yourself the hostel has its own washing machine and powder) - location felt like the edge of downtown, not too busy streets and good walking distances to multiple sights. While booking i was worrying about the noise but didn’t find it too noisy.||The Hostel itself had a relaxing calm atmosphere and cozy rooms and beds to chill. You get two towels for your stay and there is a water dispenser. Showers were always available when I needed, relatively clean and all other facilities worked fine as well. It could be cleaner in the bathrooms but can’t complain as for the price it’s acceptable, the rooms are well clean and get cleaned every day. On the other hand they just let the common area to be renovated and there’s a beamer for entertainment. There’s big lockers for all my stuff. You don’t even need a lock - all accessible by the chip-card you get upon arrival. I also had my registration after one hour in my hand - that’s professional. I’ve met nice people at this hostel, guests and staff, everyone was welcoming and assisting me with my concerns and made the best out of my stay.||Special thanks to Olya with her super English skills - she took great care of me by taking her time helping me with useful answers to loads of questions and happily gave advices about Sankt Peterburg, she also helped me with booking long distance bus tickets - good hospitality - plus because of her i got to know that you can get a free local SIM-Card at the hostel, nice suggestion especially if you’re not Russian-speaking.||All in all that’s why i give five stars and can recommend you to stay here. I felt fine, Спасибо.||My time here got me content...

When you check in, you have to give the classic proof of identity, plus show the Russian visas for registration to the authorities.

Here you will receive an electronic access card, both for the room and for the locker, as well as for the small would-be safe right next to the bed.

Every day, the cleaning service will make your bed and after three days, they will automatically change the towel and a large towel, which is also included in the price.

The common kitchen is available 24 hours a day and there is free tea, coffee, sugar, spices, a microwave, a refrigerator for personal food and also drinking water.

In the common room, there is free popcorn, then a video projector for showing movies, chairs and sofas for relaxation. Here again, coffee and tea, like in a shared kitchen.

You can also leave your belongings at the reception during checkout.

When I will visit the St. Peterburg again I will stay there. For first time dont was easy find it.
