Izzzi Hotel — Hotel in округ № 78

Good location. A novice and dishonest business that I would definitely not recommend.

First of all, when I arrived at the hotel to check in, they tried to give me a different room other than the one I had booked. When I refused, they told me to contact Ostrovok. Although I insistently told them that I had a long flight and that they should give me the room I had booked, they directed me to the site I had booked. I told them that I would not accept this and that they should show me my reservation on their screen. They tried to deceive me by showing me someone else's reservation. I immediately realized this and after I told them they were liars, they gave in and gave me the right room.

But the problems did not end. One midnight at 3 a.m. the fire alarm went off and we were woken up in a hurry. We called the lobby and asked for information but the phone was hung up on us. After waiting for a while, we went to the lobby and got information and they said it was a system error and apologized.

Apart from these, I was not satisfied with the hotel at all. We were given 2 single beds instead of a double bed and the beds were constantly separated from each other and there was a gap between the beds. Our sleep was not pleasant at all.

Room cleaning was done in a sloppy way. When we first checked in, I saw that the toilet and shower were dirty and cleaned them myself.

The location was great! The stuff at the reception was quite friendly though until you encounter problems. The breakfast was ok. The size of the rooms is nice, they offer 16 m rooms. The night we checked in I noticed stains on the pillowcase. It was to late to ask to change it, so we decided to leave it until next morning. We specifically asked to change the pillow case and clean the room. When we came back after a 4 hour walk the room was still not cleaned. I called the reception and they said that they are preparing the rooms for other guests, which is not really client friendly. Then we had a plumbing problem. The toilet was stinking so badly, I couldn’t even enter however the plumber came and gave me an aroma stick to replace the smell with the scent of the stick.
