Radisson Blu Hotel, Kaliningrad — Hotel in Kaliningrad

Recently I went on a business trip to Kaliningrad for the All-Russian Environmental Forum. My friends and I stayed at the Radisson Blu Hotel. We was met a transfer to the hotel from airport. The hotel was wonderful. The service was at the highest level, the concierge met us welcome. Our room was small, but cozy and comfortable. I was glad that there was the iron, because I was worried that I couldn’t iron clothes. Every day our room was cleaned, bottles os still water were brought, towels, bathrobes and soap accessories were changed. The conference halls where the forum was held were spacious and cozy. There were massage chairs where we rested after a hard day. Breakfast was included in the prise and there was a special section for vegetarians. ||The hotel is located in the city centre next to the main square. Since all the attractions are outside the city, so it was convenient the there is a Northern railway station nearby and we could get to such cities as Svetlogorsk, Selenogradsk, Yantarny and on the Curonian Split. I would like to point out a few things about this hotel. I stayed at this hotel a few times and my experience is getting worse and worse. At the beginning it was okay but then i started noticing things. First of all the stuff at the reception speaks poorly english which at the hotel of this rating is not acceptable. Secondly, the rooms are mostly rustic and not modern ,and the walls are thin- you can hear people next door. Third remark is regarding the 'getting information' part- last time i was staying at the hotel i forgot 4books on the night stand and called the next morning after the check out- they said they didnt find any books but werent sure-they promised to call me back when they check and that never happened so i had to call them multiple times - most-likely they ended up throwing away those books not even 24h from the check out, which is also...

Wonderful people, cleaned and quiet rooms, perfect service and absolutely great location.||The staff are very friendly and helpful, ||Room service regularly check your bar. ||Also on a ground floor has beautiful cosy bar and restaurant||Small shops where you can buy unique Amber juries also located on ground floor. ||Unbelievable testy Russian cuisine. The hotel located right in a centre of city surrounded by many malls and street market, where you can buy local fruits , vegetables etc. ||As I stay in this hotel many many years will be highly recommend it. ||Love this place ||||With regards...
