The place was below satisfactory which was a shame as the location was ok close to Bauman Street and the Kremlin (10 - 15 mins walk) and the room was ok.||||We arrived to find that we needed to lift our luggage up stairs to enter the hotel no ramp.||Then we checked in and found to get to the lift again we had to lift our luggage to walk down stairs to the tiniest lift I have ever seen (only fits two people with two pieces of luggage)||We finally reached our floor to find, yes you guessed it more stairs to walk up to get to our floor.||||As for breakfast it was terrible the worst I have had anywhere, it is preset so you have four options I chose the omelette which was terrible and did not taste like egg or even look like egg. The 2nd day I decided to order away from the menu and asked for toast, I get one slice which is cold as if it had been sitting there for some time and they added butter which was layer on so thick I had to scrape it off, had enough for two more slices.||||In the end I do not recommend this place and would...

This hotel is incredibly dirty, with stained carpets and walls in the room. The entire hotel has a terrible smell to it. There was also a clogged and full-of-hair shower, rust and soap scum on the shower doors, and the most uncomfortable bed that left me with very bad neck and back pain. The hallways are littered with hotel appliances left behind and with parts of bed frames and unused mattresses. The curtain in our room fell easily and were full of dust, showing a lack of cleanliness. The elevator is relatively useless, as it is located inside the stairwell, therefore you have to use part of the stairs anyway to get to your floor after leaving the elevator. The breakfast is by far the worst I have ever had and all the tablecloths were dirty. We were supposed to stay for 2 nights but left after only 1 night. We will not be booking this hotel again.
