DON'T EVER GO TO THIS HOTEL IF YOU VALUE YOUR MONEY AND COMFORT!!! YOU WILL FIND MUCH MUCH BETTER HOTELS ALL AROUND MADINAH IF YOU GO AROUND AND ASK! TRUST ME!
The worst hotel I have ever lived in Madinah. As soon as you will enter, you will be greeted by a very rude arab guy on reception who's only job is to tell you that it's not his job. He will give you numbers to call, will make you wait for hours until you finally get your room. Get ready to be disappointed further...
Now about the room. Let me tell you it's not worth the money at all. It's very small, tightly packed. We booked 2 rooms for 3 days. We got one with window and one without. We told them we will pay extra for another window room but they will make excuses even if they have them available. Let me tell you this is an Indian hotel and they will always prefer indian people on packages over you. No matter how much you paid, they don't care.
Now about the services. In these 3 days we stayed, we didn't get a single towel even after requesting many times. There was no room cleaning. The bathroom was dirty. There was no internet. There was only internet on the other half of the hotel and guess who stay there? Indians on package 🤣🤣🤣The room without window didn't get any network signal. So yeah good luck living in that room with no network and wifi.
They don't give an F about you. They don't give an F about how much you paid. They don't give an F about how much you are suffering. They just want you to pay, live, suffer and get lost.
Seriously I hope someone sues them. Don't go here. Trust the negative reviews they aren't lying. DON'T MAKE THE SAME...
Read moreThe Worst of Worst hotel. This hotel is a NIGHTMARE. We came to this hotel to have a good time here and Masjid un Nabawi. When we took a step in the room a full mind of some disgraceful comments went through my head. This hotel floor had burn marks on the carpet, the room was so unspacious not even 5 suitcases can fit. The walls were yellower than the sun. We were only staying for 1 week so we didn't mind.Only one say later a person who worked ther knocked on our door to tell us that we need to pack our things and go 9 floors down to another room so they can do maintenance in our room. Ok 2 3 days passed and we got another knock on our door and they told us to get out . By the way we were going to sign out in the night. They told us to shift into another hotel last minute. We tried to explain to them that were not packing it to go to another hotel but them knobheads don't ever listen. They threatened us of locking the door on us and turning off the electricity. We listened and we went into another hotel forcefully .This is why I don't recommend this...
Read moreI don't think people are fairly reviewing the establishment and are bringing their personal feelings in to the equation. Being a stones throw away from Masjid Al Nabawi, it is a very popular hotel. The staff try to accommodate everyone's needs and whims to the best of their abilities, in my opinion. The rooms are clean, well lit and fully air conditioned. Maybe people forget the focus of being here and are expecting certain luxuries that in a religious place such as Madina, cannot always be catered for. I've seen the staff go above and beyond, especially for the elderly and infirm. I shall book here again on my next visit, no doubt. They even catered to our late check out needs and stored our luggage even after vacating the room. What more could you actually ask for? Decent Staff, Restful Hotel with nice food on site and lots of local amenities. 10/10 Guys....
