This hotel should only be a last minute option if you have absolutely nowhere else to stay and only if the other option is sleeping rough on the streets. The rooms are unclean and smell revolting. It is inhumane to allow people to sleep here. The service is also non-existent as there are no hotel staff around to ask anything for if you require help. There was no toilet tissue for us to use, the sink was leaking onto our feet which meant that we had to walk around in our shoes. There were tiles that looked like they were about to fall in the bathroom. There are also countless flies in the rooms which should not be the case. The cafeteria staff are also rude and display discriminatory and almost racist behaviour by allowing only a certain ethnicity to eat there.
I have to say the biggest positive is alhamdulillah the beautiful distance from Masjid An-Nabawi so for that reason it is good, but again this hotel should only be your option if your only other option is sleeping on the streets....
Read moreWorst hotel I ever stayed. So sad they they are running this scum of a hotel in the Holy Madina city. The rooms are so dirty that we preferred staying outside most of the time. When I went down to get someone to clean the room the receptionist who busy playing mobile games didn't bother at all. At one point the cleaning stuff asked extra money to clean up the room. I have never experienced such horrific dirtiness and poor stuff anywhere in the world ever. Do not stay here even if they offer their rooms for free. Only good thing was it was pretty close to Masjid Un nawabi and we could use their dining hall to take our dinner...

Stayed for 4 days (1st floor twin rooms). -No room services were available during the stay -Leaking fridge in the room causing wet carpet -Poor "SHARED" toilet cleanliness -The single glazed windows has been tampered with poor chain installation causing the window panel unable to be fully closed, which lead to cold air, noise & smoke incursion from the busses and traffic outside. -Temporary power outage and lift services during the stay -No kettle we available -Dining halls are messy
However all is not lost, good things about its location: -8 minute walking distance to Nabawi Mosque -Markets, shawarma stand and...
