This establishment has surpassed my expectations in every field. Parking is spacious, easy to access and close to the entrance. We were greeted by a very friendly staff at the reception who were fast, informative and polite. There are two small elevators operating, which although small in size operate quite fast so we never waited more than 30 seconds. Accommodation is spacey and clean. Spa center offers a decent variety of options and is included in the price of stay. We were greeted and provided with all information we might need and were given a tour of the facilities. Unfortunately, I had an accident at the spa pool that caused a minor injury to my foot. The staff was quick to help and provided me with the first aid which they administrated to my injured foot. They were very gentle, well trained and confident. Although I could walk by myself, they offered to organize transportation to the nearby emergency hospital for just in case doctor checkup which I decided to accept. They provided us (me and my wifey) with a car and a chauffeur named Nikola who took us to the emergency room. He went inside with us and made sure we were immediately attended. Everything was well organized and I was out in less than an hour. Nikola came to pick us up and drive us back to the hotel. The staff was super friendly and asked me quite a few times to check how I was feeling and if we needed anything. They even phoned us to check on me and offered free antistress massage for us at time of our convenience. I must admit that all these were wonderful gestures and I give spa and reception staff 10 out of possible 5 stars for their professionalism, customer care and assistance. I think that this was important to write, for any future guest to know they're in good hands no matter what. Now back to the rating: massage was amazing and done by two well trained professionals who we had a nice chat during the duration of the session. As for the food, it simply put is extraordinarily delicious. Feel free to bring Gordon Ramsay to have a meal here....! I love to cook, it's sort of my hobby, and I do stand by my words that food here is amazing in every sense. The restaurant is a self-service buffet but unlike other places, plates for self service are BIG (usually, in order to save money hotels and restaurants provide plates that are smaller in size than standard ones forcing guests to go get food multiple times making them feel uncomfortable). On these big plates you can put everything you need for more than abundant meal. The food variety is fantastic and the quality of ingredients and how well it was made surpassed my expectations in every sense. It's a mixture of domestic and international cuisine but with a great variety of options and combinations. Well made and served, the food is a feast for both eyes and belly 😆. Of course, other than the buffet options you can also order drinks (wine, beer, spirits) from the restaurant staff. We stayed at the hotel for two days as a family, and the entire experience was outstanding from the moment we arrived.
Parking was well organized, and the staff at the entrance was very helpful. At the reception, we were warmly welcomed by Aleksandra, who greeted us with a smile and provided all the necessary information right at the start.
The room was comfortable, clean, and perfectly prepared. We were especially pleased to see that a bed for our children had been thoughtfully prepared in advance, showing great attention to detail and care. Hygiene standards are truly top-notch.
One suggestion: the cables around the TV and IPTV box could be mounted and hidden better, as they slightly disrupt the otherwise excellent impression of the room.
We later added breakfast and dinner, and both were delicious with a wide selection to satisfy every taste. The staff throughout the hotel was consistently friendly and helpful — from reception, housekeeping, and spa, to the lovely ladies in the kids’ playroom.
We especially appreciated the idea of designated swimming pool hours for kids — a fantastic and thoughtful concept that made our stay even more enjoyable.
We don’t have many complaints, but here are two minor ones: The pool flooring is extremely slippery. Even with caution, I witnessed a few falls — mostly children and older guests. It might be worth considering safety improvements in this area. Wear and tear in the rooms — such as scuffed walls or minor stains — is something many hotels struggle with, even those in the deluxe category. However, with a bit more attention here, you could truly stand out from the competition.
I must say that just before visiting your hotel, I stayed at Hotel Savoyen in Vienna, which is supposed to be a class above — yet in every way, your hotel outperformed it.

Read moreWe have booked double apartment for 3 adults and 1 child for 4 nights (30.12-03.01.2025) for the New Year through booking site for 1450 EUR. Just on the day when free cancelation expires we got mail and message through booking.com to pay in advance in order to keep the reservation. In fact my profile and all my data on booking site were abused, and we have been robbed, additional 900 EUR from my credit card were stolen. We have immediately informed hotel about this criminal activity. Hotel reception were not surprised at all because we were at least their third case that day. Hotel manager claims that they informed booking about it and that they got the promise that booking will solve this issue, but neither the hotel nor booking send us any warning in order to protect us as a customers. When it happened, hotel officials claimed that we will be compensated and get full refund, but when we came to hotel they did not even make any excuse for this issue. We have also informed booking about this issue and they claimed that they create team to solve this issue. Two weeks after that we still wait answer from booking. During my stay in hotel I was informed by hotel managers that they expect booking to refund our assets based on their communication. However, instead of that I only got message from booking to pay full amount to the hotel. Finally, when I pay, hotel charged me additional 2 dinners that we did not have. So, instead of any compensation, excuse and attempt to refund us as a customer we only got higher bill. ||Concerning hotel, spa center is not with mineral water and the temperature of pool for kids is below average for such pools.
