Hotel Arena — Hotel in Košice

The location of the hotel is close to the center. I arrived after the hotel check-in start time, but the door was locked and there was no one at the front desk, so I was embarrassed. After waiting, the staff came to work and we were able to check in. Staff were friendly. The room I was assigned had dust on the bed, probably because I hadn't stayed for a long time. There was a foreign object between the duvet and the mattress, so we slept on the duvet for the night. Breakfast was served on individual plates in American style and is not a buffet. No water in the room at all. Check- out is at 10, but when we came to have breakfast where were no food at 9.25... No eggs, just 2 kinds of sausage and remains of bread. We have asked the waitress and the answer was - the food will be ready in 20 minutes… seriously??? To cook some eggs we have to wait 20 minutes??? And leave the room at...
