Minus: thin walls (could hear neighbor's TV perfectly, plus road noise), basic amenities missing (no clean drinking glass, free shampoo, very little soap in liquid soap dispenser), no one present at reception most of the time, and limited English abilities.||||Plus: the people are very kind, and really try to help (when you can find them). However, I have stayed in other places in this region, and I have always had a positive impression about the people.||||If you absolutely need a place to stay it's OK: mostly clean (except for a dirty ash tray on the balcony, and the only drinking glass was dirty) and beds are quite good. However, as I walked in the town I saw something like ten other little hotels, including some very close to Hotel Palazzo. Next time I will try one of the others.||||Or better still: I will go a little further, into the beautiful mountains, and some truly beautiful surroundings. Ich bin immer wieder überrascht wie sauber doch andere Städte sind und welche Freundlichkeit die Leute am Tage legen das Essen war fantastisch. Wenn man da an Berlin denkt was das doch für eine dreckige Stadt geworden ist Springbrunnen abgestellt weil das Geld fehlt und dann kommt man in solch eine Stadt wo es picobello sauber ist wo die Springbrunnen sind wo keine Mülleimer überquellen wie in Berlin. Man kann ehrlich sagen Berlin ist die dreckigste Stadt Deutschlands. Da kommt eine Freude auf wenn man dann in solch einer Stadt ist wie dort und sieht die Sauberkeit was doch geht 5 Sterne für...

Hotel sa nacháza na inej adrese, ako má uvedené v ubytovacom portáli i v mape na ich vlastnej stránke. "Parkovisko" malé, väčšie a dlhšie auto bude zasahovať do chodníka. Izba však bola čistá, posteľ celkom pohodlná, posteľné prádlo i uteráky voňavé. Vybavenie nič moc, spoločenská miestnosť zafajčená, spoločná kuchynka špinavá. Aspoň sociálne zariadenie bolo čisté, ale studená voda tiekla veľmi slabo. Centrum...
