Penzion Trattoria — Hotel in Prešov

Stay in Presov at the weekend I thought, hmm where to stay. Well what a lovely surprise! Tucked away in a fairly quiet area was this Penzion which is about 10 minutes walk from Presov Mesto station or about 20 minutes from the main railway station in Presov. Utterly delightful little place and popular for things like wedding parties as I found the one night of two I stayed and I can understand why! There is a little covered courtyard and bar area where you can eat meals outside when the weather is good as indeed it was on my stay. Food is great and freshly cooked in the busy restaurant. The lady owner lived in the UK and so speaking English is no problem whatsoever! Highly...

Beautiful place to stay. It feels like a paradise. You can lie back in a chair around the swimming pool (even on the small beach they created), or just go swimming! Drinks are being served while you are at the pool, which makes the relaxation complete! The terrace of the restaurant looks as if you are actually in Italy, it is lovely! The food is delicious as well! Not unimportant, the rooms are great! Spacious, comfortable beds, airconditioning… just great! And the staff… they are amazing! So kind and helpful, they really make you feel welcome from the moment you enter! It was a great place to stay and might we ever visit this part of Europe again, we will definitely...

We stayed in a rustic room for 5 nights in mid-September, 2022 and we really enjoyed our stay. The quiet & clean room with newly remodeled bathroom/shower was cozy & quaint which is just our style. Loved the antiques and living room area to enjoy. Felt like we had it all to ourselves. (If stairs or smaller spaces don't work for you, let them know. Maybe a first floor rustic room or the modern rooms would be better.) The breakfasts were huge & they remembered our preferences. Great hospitality by Patricia, Julius, and all the staff.
