Pension Exclusive — Hotel in Trenčín

We booked Maisonette suit with air conditioning from August 19th to September 2nd. We even confirmed it over the phone with a one nice lady at the reception twice, last time two-three days before arriving. When we arrived very tired after long trip at about 6 pm we were given a mini suit upstairs, without an elevator, where we could barely fit our suitcases. The temperature in the bedroom was about 35 C (95 F), there was no air conditioning! When we complained, we learned that the owner gave our room to his family members from abroad. So we called the owner and he told us: "the mistake has been made" without apology, without trying to help. So we took our belongings and left. This is really not a way how to deal...

Reception unmanned when needing to complain. Old and tired decor. Being ignored and not able to complain. Awful stay and even now a week on, problem not resolved. I stayed in room 24, very small room over 2 floors. Room 25 was occupied all night by noisy guests. RECEPTION UNMANNED TO COMPLAIN. and i got no sleep at all. Bear in mind the rooms are too close together and walls are paper thin! There is no way i would stay in this property again...Awful. I tried to call message and also email the place about my stay and am still ignored. VERY POOR PLACE...Please, do not believe the good reviews. Oh hold on, the breakfast was very good. WALLS BEING PAPER THIN and having to stay up all night and listen to next...
