Oriana Studios — Hotel in Bled

Beautiful property with a small garden and view of Bled lake!! We booked 2 rooms in Oriana studios for 2 nights- Studio with lake and balcony view & Studio with Shared bathroom.

Studio with lake and balcony view is on 1st floor, has 2 balconies and beautiful view of the Bled lake from the both balconies. It is a clean and comfortable suite for 3 people - with a kitchen equipped with required utensils, dish soap etc, dining area, one double bed and a single bed and a clean bathroom. I would rate this one as 5 star.

Studio with shared bathroom- This is on ground floor, has a double bed, dining table and 3 chairs, kitchen with basic utensils, dish soap and a dishwasher. Bathroom is just outside this room and was clean, however shower area is not high enough which leads to water splashing outside. This studio also has window on one side. I would rate this one as 3.5

Parking is available, linens and bath towels are provided.

Host was nice and helpful, he stays in same property. He asked us about our interests and recommended places to visit in and around Bled.

The location and the view are excellent. We were in the studio apartment with 2 balconies which had a kitchenette as well as a dining table for 6. There was seating in the balcony as well which we utilised to the fullest. The lake is just a 5 minute walk away and can be seen from the balcony as well. The host Brane was friendly and helpful and showed us the points of interest on the map. We reached very late (9.30 PM) and probably that's why he seemed a bit disoriented when we arrived but was fine later. The road leading to the address if you follow Google maps was shut for some construction work(June 2018) so we had to go around a little till we found it by an alternate route. Nevertheless, we had an excellent stay and would surely recommend! There were a few cobwebs here and there but nothing uncomfortable. The linen, bathroom etc were very clean. The double bed is actually two beds joined together which tend to go apart as they are on wheels. So better to separate them and sleep if you don't want to fall into the gap in between! :) There is a third single bed as well in the room which is sturdier. Perfect for a small family or...

We stayed at the top floor studio with lake view (two balconies!). Nice with a lot of space, kitchenette, dining table for 6 and an extra bed. If it would have another bed or mattress, would easily be enough for a whole family. Now we had the kids sleeping in their own studio downstairs. That one is nice that it has a separate entrance from all the other apartments and it is pretty cool because it is in the shade. The studio on top floor has an aircon unit, but you have to pay a few euro per day extra to be able to use it. This to avoid having tennants running the aircon all the time, unnecessarily and with the windows open.... ||Nice location just above the lake, about 10-minute walk down to the lake and swimming area. Very clear water! Parking space for two cars in front of the building. Avoid taking the car into town as it is very congested and some roads may be closed for events during the summer season. ||Owner is very nice and helpful, poining out things to do or see in the area and marking them on maps for you.
