Restaurant zaka — Restaurant in Bled

Do not eat here. It wasn’t busy when we arrived but were told to come back in an hour. Came back and were told to wait another hour. Eventually ordered and then it took ages for drinks. 3 salads took over an hour to arrive and were rubbish. Staff were rude and unhelpful, no information was given about wait time. We weren’t shown an itemised bill prior to paying and an additional charge was added without us being informed of what it was for, and when we questioned the waitress she shrugged her shoulders and replied “So”. Food was disappointing. People in the other section of restaurant having chips when we were told we were unable to order any even though they came from the same kitchen. A table next to us told us they had ordered chicken and were served fish. Whilst another table ordered food and then were told they wouldn’t be able to eat. I ordered a shrimp pizza and a cake to go, spending over 25€. The table was vacated. I decided to eat the order in terrace. The waiter asked me to leave. I'm at a loss. Let me pay for the table service. No, go away.

The location of the restaurant is well positioned but that's pretty much all it has going for it.

I ordered a lemonade and it was probably one of the worst drinks I had. Tasted like whoever prepared it just used some lukewarm tap water and some artificial supermarket-bought lemon juice. I could not have more than a single sip.

The Cevapcici was nothing special but passable.

There is clearly a severe shortage in staff, especially service as I could confidently say I've never had worse service. The reason for the low service and atmosphere is mostly due to the service having unacceptable behavior and the customers being on the edge...
