Book early We arrived in late August in a 7 meter autocamper and had traveled for two weeks and never had any problems finding a place to stay. But here we came late and the reception said we could go up and look if there was any place left. From the road it looked small but going around at the campsite it was a very big camping place where everyone can stay here and there are several places with toilet / bath and places to cook. Plus there is a nice restaurant with good prices and a small market at the camp site

It is in a beautiful settlement, perfect place for activity's MTB, Canyoning, hiking, climbing, riding, river rafting and so on and possible for renting equipment. There is even a climbing wall and beach volly

Staff is friendly and helpful 5starts to them to and the waiters and cook do a fantastic job 👏 It was so busy when we wanted to eat a in any other place we would have waited for an hour on our food because we stayed in line for long but after 10 min or so we where enjoying a fabulous dinner

We found an empty place but it was not on the map as a place you could stay but the receptions checked and we where aloud to stay there or els there was no place for us So we where very thankful and happy.

I would have stayed for days but we were on our way back home. But definitely a place I...

Overall incredible campsite. A lot of activities. Definetly worth booking 2 or more nights. Upon arrival there was a bit of confusion over my pitch. Since the guests that were already at the campsite had extended their stays, the staff couldn't provide me with a pitch i had booked. But i got parked and the staff gave me another extension cable so i could still get electricity hooked up. They apologized for the inconvenience and told me to come by reception in the morning so i could get another pitch. The process was smooth, the staff was great and the overall atmosphere of the place is incredible. 10/10 experience, even with minor hiccups which were dealt with professionally and respectfully. Definetly will go back if i ever find myself wandering in these parts again.

Edit: I forgot to add. Cellular doesn't work that well there. The reception has free wifi, though. For me it was good news that i can't get notifications anymore. For others it could...

We booked a 9-night stay in this accommodation. Unfortunately, it didn't meet our expectations. To start off with, we had to find out ourselves that the foam mattress was covered in mold. They didn't have a different mattress, so we had to sleep on the pull-out sofa for 9 nights. Not too comfortable, and it greatly reduced the space. The bench and table outside were old and when wet you couldn't use them at all (no way to dry them). ||||They overbooked the terrace we were on (tents and campers), which meant sharing 3 (often cold!) showers with a large amount of people. Finally, the only staff that felt in any way friendly or helpful were the hard-working cleaners. Everyone else was too busy complaining about the visitors and how busy it was to care. ||||The location is superb, right in the middle of all the great activities the Soča river area offers, but we wouldn't advise you to stay in this particular accommodation...

The experience at the campsite overall was good. Our tent spot (16) was almost private and very convenient. The staff were polite. The location is great, and the views are incredible. We booked a rafting activity at the Kobarid kayaking school. It was nice — the guides were professional and ensured a fun and safe rafting experience for us, even though it wasn’t as extreme as we expected. We booked a sauna, and it was very comfortable: a private room, locker, robes, and towels. We spent three days at the campsite and didn’t want to leave. But there are some disadvantages: - The water in the shower was cold. - The sauna wasn’t hot enough. - In some areas of the campsite (like our spot) there is no mobile connection, and the Wi-Fi works only at the reception. - Not enough trash bins around the site.

Lovely campsite in a beautiful environment—the views over the Soča when walking towards Slap Kozjak, just moments away from the camp are always amazing. Plenty of shade in the upper part, so you are not boiling when the sun is out. We found the bathrooms there very clean and modern, only the showers could have a bit more water pressure. Small evening menu available, as well as decent coffee, wine, beers. Walking into Kobarid from here is a bit nerve-wracking directly on the street without a sidewalk or shoulder, but manageable. Loved the one-day kayak school with Andraž—we learned a ton and his awesome positive attitude makes for a really fun day! Can't wait to come back!
