Mountain Charm apartment — Hotel in Kranjska Gora

The apartments are extremely good looking and comfortable, but the service is lacking. We gave dirty towels and other items to clean/substitute but they never came back either cleaned or substituted. Also, the shower is missing any type of elevation, water goes off everywhere while showering, wetting the floor almost entirely. Regarding to that shower problem, we also asked for a bucket and a mop to clean off the water but they gave us a useless Broom.
