I have been a guest at your B&B on a monthly basis for more than two years. As a woman travelling on her own and spending two to three weeks (or part thereof) away from home Oak Hampton has really become my home from home.||From the “breakfast team” providing a warm, friendly and very fulfilling start to the day to the ground and housekeeping staff who maintain the facilities and warmth, personal service, care and consideration you both show your guests is beyond description. – a huge thank you.||Oakhampton is well situated, within easy driving and walking distance from facilities one needs for shopping or entertainment and meals.||The beds are “a dream, the lush gardens provide the background and space to “chill” or take if preferred one can take a dip in the pool if the heat gets to you. Always a great please to return to the Oakhampton. Almost feels like a home away from home.||||Stayed there many, many times before and again in January 2017 for Ironman 70.3. The staff make you feel right at home. The rooms are very comfartable and equiped with free wifi so work doesn't even have to stop while you're there.||||On Race Day morning the ladies cooking breakfast get up early to have some food ready for the athletes at 04:00 in the morning!! Who does this? I have been to Oakhampton B&B on a few occasions and have always revelled in the peaceful, sumptuous garden atmosphere. Whilst the accommodation itself may not always please everybody - I found it much more than adequate - the accommodation is intrinsic to the ambience. Breakfasts are hearty and filling, so one is able to stock up till lunch time quite easily. The establishment is readily accessible from the city being located off the first exit and close to the highway. In addition, there are some restaurants close to the B&B. And then, the hosts.
