I reccomend eating at Brazas Portuguese Fusion. The food is absolutely delicious. (Parking is tight)
Service: Our waitress , Anazo , opened the door for us as we entered. She had plenty of patience while we chose a seating area.
Food : Let me just say , the food was served super fast. The pizza times are from Wednesday - Saturday 12pm - 9:30pm and Sundays 12pm-4pm. Sadly we missed the pizza.
Prawn Rissoles 💰 R69 Similar to a hash brown or fish cake, this dish stood out. The exterior was crispy, while the prawn filling inside was bursting with flavor, rendering it the best fish cake I've ever tasted. This starter comes highly recommended.
Portuguese Steak 💰 R189 The visual appeal of this dish was outstanding. Regrettably, the waitress overlooked asking about my egg preference; I prefer sunny-side up. The chips, however, were cooked to a perfect crisp. It's essential to enjoy them prior to eating the steak ,to prevent sogginess. The steak was exceptionally tender, juicy, and flavorful. I strongly recommend this dish.
Seafood Paella: 💰 R230 Considering the small amount of seafood, the price of this dish is excessive, even though the rice was tasty. We had not realized that our order was for a bowl of rice alone and had expected a more extensive platter.
Atmosphere: The owner's passion shines through. As seen in the photos, there are three separate seating areas. We chose the quieter upstairs seating with a city view, instead of the room next to the highway. The decor is tasteful, incorporating hand-painted beer bottles and...

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm hospitality and a cozy, inviting atmosphere. The decor beautifully combines modern elements with touches of Portuguese culture, making it a perfect setting for a memorable meal.
The menu offers a fantastic variety of dishes, each more enticing than the last. For the main course, I chose the Peri Peri chicken, and it was nothing short of spectacular. The ingredients were fresh, and the fusion of flavors was expertly balanced, making every bite a delight.
To top it all off, the dessert was a true highlight. The chocolate Mousse was the perfect ending to a fantastic meal, leaving me thoroughly satisfied.
Overall, Brazas is a gem that should not be missed. The creative dishes, exceptional service, and inviting atmosphere make it a standout in the dining scene. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to experience the best of Portuguese fusion cuisine. I will be...
