Best Nuttella Waffle Best Best Value for money best. BUT. I have few issues.. The dessert was served with ice cream yet i was given only a fork as cutlery ...i had to use my fingers to lick off the icecream and chocolate sauce. I also don't know what's going on with your salad. I ordered a Ceaser salad and opted to swop bacon and croutons with avo or something else as I don't eat pork. To my surprise nothing was offered to me but I was told they can't swop anything. Well I was okey with it anyway but it could be more reasonable to have options where I'm able to swop anything on my meal even though I have to pay extra as long as I get to eat what my heart desire. Also.. I had to eat my salad using steak knife as Cutlery since the waiter told me that's the only available cutlery disappointing because you serve your salad on a wooded bord with a film paper underneath which I had to constantly spit out as it attached to my every forkfull of salad. I don't know if I'm making any sense but hope you'll understand. Lastly. May your stuff not eat and gossip about guests in front of guest as its unappetizing to see my chef chewing before I even receive my meal. But overall. Its just a few things to be corrected. Good morning Rocomamas! My name is Leon Lekalakala,I woke up today in a mood for an English breakfast for some weird reason lol. I then quickly rushed to Rocomamas Melrose but unfortunately they don’t offer breakfast,which is totally understandable I must say🙏🏽. I then called Sandton to avoid wasting petrol…they also said they don’t offer breakfast.

As I was about to loose hope,I called Grayston Rocomamas and a guy by the name of Sanele answered and i asked him if they offer breakfast and he excitedly said “we don’t offer breakfast but I can gladly make 1 just specific for you!

I responded by just saying “Sanele just give me 10 min max”. As I got ther,he was the first guy I bumped into as it was a bit quite…probably just after 11:00.

We shook hands and the rest was history. Ten minutes tops I was already being served by a guy by the name of George and the service was just as good! Mind due Sanele is actually the manager and he hookup up an amazing,divine English breakfast I was longing for and it slapped hard!

I just wanna say big up to Sanele!🙌…George and Rocomamas as a whole,especially Grayston for making an exception for...

I just had the worst experience at Rocco Mama's in Grayston mind you I drove all the way even though the Rivonia branch is the closest to me, but their service is terrible stopped going there 5 years ago. I ordered over the phone & the order was read back to me but they still got it wrong & I had to make two seperate payments one for R205.00 then one for R174.00. And wait for the food!The wings were ridiculously minuscule like tiny...my heart sank when I got home to see this. I had to add bread to the wings because our family of 4 needed something extra. My kids are 7 & 13 and were starving. This was a robbery in the worst way. I no longer have a Rocco Mama's I can trust in my area. This is sad & extremely disappointing 😞

UPDATE: So we drive back to the store to get our refund & return the product and the manager Duma gives us the phone to speak the owner Dylan who takes no responsibility & starts arguing with my husband. He then proceeds to tell us to come on Monday to receive our money back...again we are inconvenienced!!! He invalidated our experience. Just wow! Will update you...
