Good morning. Hope you are well. My parents checked out early this morning. They are very unhappy about the service. The breakfast was not good and most of all the service.

There was no milk for coffee in the room, the walls were dirty and it had a funny smell..

This guest is a scam ,There is a lady called Buhle who does spa therapy there ,we paid her for a massage only for her to come four hours late for our appointment,very exhausted telling us that she was busy with other people,when we try to ask for a refund she blocked our numbers everywhere ,do not waste your money going there these people...

Unfortunately, we could not stay as intended, but the host was amazing and the staff were nice.

We could see that the place is well taken care of and that they care about their customers.

Thank you for being so kind and friendly towards us, even though we could not stay.
