Metsing at Harties — Hotel in Madibeng Local Municipality

Duncan by not throwing tent ramps doesn't meant I was happy with the room allocated to us. I've asked Happiness questions based on the rooms downstairs and the pictures I saw on your website and my Husband responded to me and said "probably they are more in price and your Lady also said they were R1600 or R1900 per night. I thought by asking question comparing the pics on your website and what I saw in the room that was allocated to me, that was suppose to show my unhappiness. Your staff did not ask me if I was happy about the room, they only asked me if the roof was leaking as it was rain at night. Yes I got angry after speaking to the guest from room 1 cause I found out that I was given a false information that they've paid more than us. I saw a 4 star on your website and given a 1 star room. Even you, can not leave your house for a Vacation and go stay in that inviroment. By asking for a compansation was not referring to go back to that 1 star room, was asking to get an experience that I've paid for and one that I saw on your website. I think you must also put those 2 rooms on your side so that ppl can see what's the guest...
