Naldorado Executive Villa — Hotel in Mbombela

Our stay was the worst,we checked in and were given a room that had no Air conditioner, 1.we had to complain to be moved to another room and you can imagine how hot it is, 2.The reception phone does not work,We went out one night and came back at midnight to find ourselves locked out,no one responded to the calls or the hooting,we ended up having to go book at a nearby lodge. 3 Had friends over and they were kicked out for no reason,we were treated like children as grown as we are,and there was nothing mentioned about not having visitors over,4 the beds are so uncomfortable,5.The receptionist is not not useful at all. 6.The owner of the place is so rude you cannot reason with him,we tried talking to him in a civilized manner but he cannot reason with anyone,its his way or the highway and he kicked us out like dogs for demanding a refund for a night we did not...

Not impressed. You cant get up the driveway if you dont have a 4x4. You have to boil the kettle on the ground...its advertised as a self catering, but you have to pay a R30.00 deposit per glass used. No cutlery....no shampoo, the gas braai was dirty, no ashtrays in the smoking area? Worst place i have ever booked in to. You can only get openview in your room, but you can watch dstv downstairs. No mirror in the bathroom. Shower was put together by the most inadequite person. Airconditioners dont work. If you close your room door, Maputo wakes up because it makes such a noise that neighbouring countries can hear!! Massive photo portrait of owner in lounge...but you cant get a mirror to brush your hair in, in your room....I WILL NEVER EVER STAY HERE AGAIN AND DO NOT SUGGEST THIS PLACE TO ANYONE WILLING TO PAY MORE THAN R99 per day.....but its...

Don't believe a word on booking.com regarding this property. No Electricity, No Water, No Bar service except for Beer and wine not one coldrink or water. No Privacy. Noise levels outside your room until 2am whilst the owners/family drink and make noise. Parking unsafe. Pool dirty and dangerous to get into (Loose railing, steep steps) Manager blows nose in water. We paid for breakfast but they couldn't provide and would not refund. They agreed to an early check in at 12 but the room was still not ready by 3pm. No towels. No desk for laptop. No aircon. No kitchen facilities except for one kettle next to a sink. Management has no experience, the property is not even graded. BEWARE DO NOT BOOK INTO THIS PLACE !!! IT IS EXTREMELY SUSPECT.
