I had a Portugese friend with a restaurant. He taught me that a restaurant needs 3 things to be successful, atmosphere, service and food. Atmosphere-except for some photos on the wall..... nothing else. Service - the girls that served us were trying hard. Friendly, concerned about us and attentive. Food - we ordered rice and veggies on the side and we got chips and veggies. I ordered my espetada medium and I got very well done. We didn't send back, because we hate wastefulness.
