The manager was very rude and disrespectful, upon arrival on a Sunday afternoon around 3-4PM, she told us that we must fetch the keys from her place because we took long to arrive and she doesn’t have the whole day, SHE HAS A LIFE. It was as if shes doing us a favor by letting us stay there. On Monday morning at 7 AM, we were abruptly woken up by loud noises from workers on the roof. When we contacted her to address the issue, she said she would ask them to start working at 8 AM. When we requested that they resume later since check-out is only at 10 AM, she insisted that the guesthouse starts operating at 8 AM. The manager Christell, must reconsider changing her career because of how she ill treats guests, clearly she’s in the wrong field. This is not how you run a hospitality...
