What a wonderful find. Such a quaint little guesthouse full of old world charm. Set in beautiful gardens and very conveniently situated to the business centre and all the main access roads. I enjoyed a night there and was treated like royalty. Good old South African hospitality was the order of the day and the personal touches certainly made a difference. Disappointing. -Rude reception - where we parked without prior instructions was more important than welcoming us. -Room not fully replenished, one water placed in fridge for two people. -Reluctant to assist with dinner even though it was never communicated beforehand that we should have made arrangements. -Midnight altercation between patron and her male companion right in front of our bedroom window. -Cold shower in the morning. -Hostess/manager's communication abrupt and rude.
