We stayed for two nights at eight on tuin in the absolutely stunning town of Franschhoek. The host organised our arrival well and popped in to introduce herself. The apartment was fantastic with a huge outdoor undercover area perfect for afternoon lounging. For this reason we recommend the end apartment as it had a much larger outdoor area and was adjacent to a gated parking spot.|The unit was very clean and tidy with nice touches including a folder full of local information and a trolley with tea, coffee and a kettle. There was also a fridge and basic cutlery set so we bought breakfast supplies and had it at home the second morning. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom modern.|It is an easy flat 500m walk to town which our host assured us was safe even in the dark.|I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this accomodation to all. The rooms are huge with double beds but with the option of singles, with a large bathroom and shower, TV, coffee making facilities and seating. There is also a lovely view of the mountains...

The area is very safe.|Good size room which was clean and modern.|Lovely touches such as biscuits, beach towels, magazine and hot water bottles.|The room was a little noisy which is why I have given it 4 star rating and not 5. The walls are very thin between the 3 bedrooms so you can hear everything. Especially toilets flushing. We were in room 2 where the toilet from room 3 was on our bed head. I think room 3 would be the most quiet so recommend that if you would like...
