I recently visited this ice cream store in Incheon as it was located right next to our hotel, and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. The sole employee present was extremely unfriendly and rude, especially towards foreign customers.

Upon entering the empty store, my friend was admiring the ice cream cakes in the fridge when the employee abruptly told her, “NO CAMERA,” in a very aggressive manner. His negative attitude was evident throughout our visit.

While we were selecting our flavors, two local customers entered and used the self-ordering machine. When we were ready to place our order at the counter, the employee immediately directed us to use the self-ordering kiosk, without any assistance or explanation.

Overall, the poor service from this employee made our visit unpleasant. It seemed clear that tourists or foreigners are not welcomed here. I would not recommend this place based on...

Accidently found this place with vending machine ordering system with English option. Shared them with friends and everyone like them (none of us Koreans).
