This was our first trip to Jeju, and the very time we tried a homestay. The place was fairly easy to get to if you drive, you just got to take note that before the drive-in to Lotteria, there is a small lane that allows you to drive into the place and many taxi drivers misses this turn-in. There are 3 buildings when you reach the place, with the Sun building being the left-most one, followed by Moon and Star. You can find the information desk at the Moon building level 1. It was abit difficult to find the information desk at first, but just need to walk up some stairs and you can find the entrance of the information desk on the right after getting up the stairs on level 1. The host and his wife were very friendly and helpful. The host was able to speak English and his wife could speak in Mandarin, so communicating with both of them was fairly easy. We received alot of good food recommendations from both of them and we enjoyed every meal we had based on their recommendations. When we got to out room, we were so happy to see how clean and tidy it was. There was a toilet and they provided the basic necessities such as Shampoo, Conditioner and Shower Gel, toothbrush and toothpaste, things that some other hotels does not have. The place was very cosy to be in, there was a kitchen where all the cooking essentials were equipped and you can make hot your food there or cook something up if you feel like it. When you get to the living room, there is a full pane window where you can see the full sea view. It was a very nice place to see the sunset and sunrise if you’re feeling lazy and don’t want to head out. The room was sparkling clean and sheets were all clean. For sorting of rubbish, the hosts settled everything for us. We didn’t have to sort our own rubbish which was really a plus for us. We really loved the fried chicken recommendation provided. When our flight got cancelled and we got stuck in Jeju for another 2 days, we immediately grabbed the chance to stay back at this place, because the hosts were simply too wonderful. Will definitely come again the next time...
Read moreJeju Ollero is the perfect experience, cosy room, beautiful sea views and nestled around many great restaurants - many of which are recommended places by the hosts!. The only thing to take note is that there are no lifts, so you may have to carry your luggage up a few flight of stairs (it was good exercise for me haha).
It is obvious that Ana and her husband put their heart and soul into running Jeju Ollero everyday, and their hospitality shines. They offer lots of recommendations, delicious complementary mango shakes and just love to chat. I was super lucky to be the first person using the pool in year 2023! The pool opens in Jun every year as Jeju starts to warm up and the owner even went out of his way to give the pool an extra clean in the morning because I shared that I was keen to swim off my calories! I was really touched - and for this, thank you again, and thank you for such a warm and memorable trip.

Read moreHi,this is SUN.It's been a long time since we checked into a homestay, and it's also the first time we checked into a homestay with our child. The child has been feeling very fresh. On the day I checked in, my boss explained the hostel instructions in detail. I haven't spoken English for a long time, but most of the communication was fine. The surrounding environment was beautiful and primitive, close to the sea and far from the hustle and bustle of the city. To the nearest beach walk nearly 3 kilometers, with the child or taxi is more convenient, be sure to pay attention to good sun protection, in general, this is an unforgettable experience, the boss is very warm, the boss'wife is very gentle, finally had the honor to take a group photo, I hope you like the orange I gave you as a gift, looking forward to our next time.Thank...
