Big tip if you arrive in a car, drive straight to the "Empark le Grande" carpark which is under the plaza santa Teresa. Doesn't give you a ticket but goes on number plate recognition. When you come out of the carpark the main gate of the city walls is in front of you and just 2 minutes walk further will bring you to the hotel on the right. The reception staff are great and really helpful and we checked in early and explored the town. The rooms are big and clean including the bathroom. We didn't bother with the breakfast @ €6 as multitude of cafes outside do coffee and toast for €2.20 or even better churros and hot chocolate. A real must for me was the city walls walk. Read moreRooms were ample and very clean. The location is unbeatable. Staff is in general quite accommodating. The cleanliness throughout the hotel is surgically clean. Breakfast is not really worth it. At 5 Euros it is not expensive, but consists only of toasts, cold cuts, butter and jam. A few fruits were available. The lady was very nice, but scorned me for trying to take a single cookie out of the dining room. I understand the concept of not taking food out of a buffet. In general a fantastic value and...

Las Moradas is well location within the walls yet withing easy walking distance of a couple of carparks which at 16E/day we though was pretty good. We had a room facing away from the street so really quiet. The room and bathroom were very large & we also had a a sort of covered solarium. The breakfast was very good with an excellent selection including bacon, scrambled eggs & sausages. There are plenty of places to eat close by and a shop for any nibbles...
