After an extremely traumatic experience at another villa in Mallorca (infested with bed bugs and cockroaches), our group of 10 found ourselves desperately searching for a new place to stay – and that’s when we found Apartamentos Venecia. It was not just a new accommodation – it was a rescue, a sanctuary, and a turning point in our trip.

From the very first call, the staff was warm, responsive, and genuinely caring. They listened with empathy, acted quickly, and went far beyond expectations to help us relocate and settle in. Even the owner personally got involved and tried to assist with our previous accommodation situation. We felt seen, safe, and supported.

The apartments are immaculately clean, fresh, and beautifully maintained – a true contrast to what we had endured. The location is perfect, close to the beach, quiet, and still convenient. The space was ideal for our yoga retreat – simple, light-filled, and calming.

Thanks to the amazing team at Apartamentos Venecia, we were able to salvage our retreat, recover our peace of mind, and finish our week with joy and connection.

I cannot recommend this place highly enough – not just for the comfort and location, but for the humanity, kindness, and professionalism behind it. Thank you for being a lighthouse in a storm.

We stayed at Apartamentos Venecia in Alcudia and had a fantastic experience. The apartments are located in a beautiful setting, right next to a lake, which gives the whole place a peaceful and relaxing vibe. The location is perfect—close to the beach and within easy reach of restaurants and shops, yet quiet enough to enjoy the calm of nature. The apartments themselves are lovely, tastefully decorated, and well-equipped for a comfortable stay. Everything was very clean and well-maintained, with thoughtful details that made a big difference. But the best part was the service: the staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. They truly made us feel at home from the very beginning. You wrote that microwave was working ,did you put food for your child in this microwave??Me no,thank you .About pillows,did you ever wash them??they smell bad the same bedspreads ,person with allergy can not exist there with this stuff.And yes our 13 years son stay some night on terrace becouse when he saw condition of the matrace he don’t want to sleep there .And more interesting about light ,it was already broken and instead you fix it you out on tápe.So when if you breath there it was broken ,becouse it was broken before .Dont say about bad guest .Make a normal relation with booking ,and make a reconsturction in youre appartment becouse you charge 250...
