I stayed here as a tourist. When I first got to the accomodation I was impressed. The room was very nice and clean. There are lots of facilities available - pool, gym, full kitchen access etc. Unfortunately I had a big problem on day 2 and I felt it was handled really poorly. I noticed a bug on my pillow when I was going to sleep on the first night. I didn't take too much notice of it and killed it. The next morning I woke up with multiple bites all over my body. These were caused by bed bugs which I had later confirmed by a Doctor. When I went to reception to tell them, there was no apology and barely any acknowledgement. I told them I needed to move room. They said they'd have the room cleaned by the maids. I again repeated I need a new room. They said they were full and there was nothing they could do. Anyone who knows anything about bed bugs knows that this is absolutely unacceptable. They didn't follow proper procedures at all. When I told them they needed to find me alternative accomodation elsewhere they finally gave me another room. It should not have come to that. Nobody checked in on me after that. Unfortunately, this hotel stay was a big disappointment. We were first given a dirty room, which already set the tone. The staff did clean it eventually, but we had to wait — and after a long trip, that’s the last thing you want to deal with.

But the real nightmare? The breakfast. Honestly, the worst hotel breakfast I’ve ever had. I weigh 110 kg, I train regularly and I know what proper food should look like. Here? No protein, barely any calories, and a shockingly poor selection. Even jam was nowhere to be found — so I wouldn’t even call it a “continental breakfast”, more like a sad collection of carbs with no value.

The hotel tries to present itself as a high-standard place, but in reality, it’s premium price for budget-level quality. I won’t be coming back, and I don’t recommend...

What’s the point in applying. I had to stay in Barcellona for 6 months. After paying 200€ for just applying and waiting 2 full months for a reply I decided to write them myself. I found out that I was kept “shelved” just in case people whit a longer stay would show up. Long story short they told me I wasn’t accepted anymore and I was almost refused my 200€ back.
