Bonjour ce n'est pas dans mon habitude mais je tiens à partager mon expérience au sein de ce complexe si cela peut aider. Réservation effectuée sur Booking pour une cabane en bois, mais on nous a attribuer une vulgaire petite chambre car elle a été attribuer à quelqu'un d'autre. donc après plusieurs plaintes auprès de Booking le bungalow nous a été attribuer le lendemain. Je voyage avec ma femme enceinte de 6 mois, une fois arrivé dans cette cabane , 2 Lézards se trouvent dans notre lit. Par peur de morsures et d'intoxications, je ne peux pas me permettre de faire séjourner ma femme enceinte dans cette chambre. Nous avons dû quitter l'établissement. Le propriétaire n'est pas honnête ni correct limite sont des voleurs Il ne voulait pas nous donner une autre chambre ni même nous rembourser pour les nuits non sejournées La seule réponse de leur part est qu'il pouvait venir chasser les lézards de notre chambre ! ou alors de bien nous couvrir en dormant. Je vous conseil de bien vérifier l'habitation que l'on vous attribue avant de payer votre séjour. Cordialement

Teníamos un viaje a Alicante y queríamos pasar por Benidorm y Altea el día de antes, y vi una oferta a finales de julio y flipé con el precio así que la reservé. El hotel es bonito, pero no os esperéis un lujo, es para pasar unos días, tranquilos, para sentirse como en casa, no como un hotel lujoso donde te sujetan las puertas. Vi que tenía piscina, pero no tenía en mente bañarme, simplemente queríamos tener un sitio donde dormir, y justo al llegar cambiamos los planes y nos metimos en la piscina, que es increíble, el agua súper buena, súper limpia y todo muy tranquilo, con buena música a un nivel perfecto para no molestar. Con hamacas para tomar el sol tranquilamente. Por poner una pega, que se tiene que esperar uno para entrar a las 16:00, aunque hoy en día, en casi todos los hoteles es igual. Si hay ocasión volveremos, para estar unos días tranquilos de verano, con una piscina y aire acondicionado en la habitación, es un acierto total.

I had a good time; nice, cosy house of wood, clean swimming pool with nice music around (also not unimportant) but especially the service was very good. Fer was a good host 👌 Nice that bringing my dog (around 22 kilos) was not a problem at all. When I come back to benidorm I will probably come back! Thanks again

We were there when the weather wasn't great so didn't see it at its best maybe. It was supposed to be express check in but when we arrived there was no one in reception and had to wait 5 minutes for the key, not a big problem but not what was advertised, also it said the cabin had a hairdryer but that wasn't there either, no problem for me but my wife has longer hair. The coffee shop and bar were closed and the restaurant was only open for lunch and closed at night, again not a problem if thats what was advertised but it was advertised with coffee shop and bar and restaurant. We stayed here for 1 night as booked last minute tickets for Benidorm palace, it wasn’t cheap but then it’s the height of the summer! Room was clean enough, used the fridge/freezer - bath was cracked & very dated. We had a balcony …….. right by the infamous cockerels!!! We spotted 6, it was fairly amusing for 1 night but I couldn’t put up with 6.30 rowing every morning for HOURS 😆 pool was nice, reception friendly & good vending machine - it was really close for our night out & had parking. A lackluster experience. The wooden cabin itself is fairly nice. Has a fridge and a working AC which is sufficient in my books. The beds are fine as well, but the pillows are a gamble. I had a rock solid pillow, while my friend had a normal fairly soft one. There are also roosters roaming the premises, making their existence known with constant cock-a-doodle-dooing during early morning hours which depending on the person can really hamper the quality of sleep you...
