Not coming back. We booked for NYE and was told we would get glass of Cava and bottle of wine included in the buffet. We was given the bottle of wine to go when we finished. Why do we want a bottle of wine to go? Are we 15?! We had to pay every other drink we had during the night.
We got the glass of Cava AFTER midnight, and no one made the 10 seconds countdown, not even the cheap singer they hired. Complete disaster in terms of organization. Was a very awkward moment and none of us felt good at all.
Food is good and it's the only reason i don't give 1 ☆ but it's definitely not a place we're ever going back to.
Also, they blew their cheap fireworks + crackers at 23:55 and pretty much uninterested. I believe their NY celebrations are at the end of January [Chinese new year] so they really didn't care about giving a good time to their customers. I have never been in such a poor "party" environment and the price was 38€ per person instead of around €20, with drinks not included in the price so as much as 50€ per person.
Overall was pretty disgraceful and I feel bad for who is going to book an evening for the...
Read moreWe're here in Vila Joiosa and met with family for a few day's so last night we visited the new Japanese /Chinese restaurant at the top of the Rincón Jo Ake Wang it's all you can eat but not buffet style you order a few dishes, they cook / prepare them and serve you then you order more and so on and at 17.95€ very reasonable even the wine at 9€ a bottle for the house Red 11.95€ for a bottle of Emperado very reasonable So you take your order pad put how many portions of each you want an the waiter takes it of course if you order and not touch a plate they'll charge you extra but that's to cut waste The four of us enjoyed a really good meal with one exception the Szechuan Chicken is hotter than a Vindaloo which meant for me I couldn't eat it and the BIL who can eat spicy food had only one piece and refused more. This was the only off thing and we put this down to...
Read moreJust had a lovely meal here, we chose the buffet menu. Everything was cooked fresh and delivered quickly and hot. Lovely waitress explained the options to us, all you can eat buffet or separate menu choices. Portion sizes were small to medium which was good as you could try different dishes without being overloaded. Also a 2 euro fine if you don't finish the dish, helps stop unessesary wastage! Best dish the Japanese chicken. The crispy Hong Kong beef wasn't crispy and not like we have back in the UK. My only gripe was the non alcoholic drinks, I wanted a non fizzy drink, water was all they could offer at €2.75 0.5l. I would suggest they stock some juices or peach tea? I would definitely return and...
