Tropical Bar Benidorm — Restaurant in Benidorm

Living just 3 miles away I have made Tropical my No1 bar after 17 years research.Daytime it is perfect outdoor for sun worshiping in a relaxed environment . Move inside the impressive bar /lounge area to chill out with excellent background music always playing..Several modern machines for the children plus a large selection of food is available all day long. Served fresh its good and price is right too.After diner Tropical really comes to life offering 4 good quality acts every evening. The main reason I would recommend this particular bar is the feeling of a very safe environment and super staff . Bar manager, Stan, to the Brit's, makes sure everybody is looked after in Tropical and the staff still look as if there enjoying there work...way into the small hours. Been here lots of times, never had food, hence why not taken into account with score. BUT, was in this week and no running water in toilets for hand washing, signs all over saying no water. But no alternatives offered, I.e sanitisers, not ideal after doing the toilet. Especially if you want to have food. Witnessed folk passed out and staff saying oh they are only sleeping when questioned about it and other patrons tried to assist . Then on my last night, one of said individuals who had passed out, spewed when he woke up and those he was with gave a shit, which was not cleaned up by staff, the sick caused someone walking by slip in it and injure themselves. Quite badly it appeared. But in a positive note, DJ was good, entertainment was good as always. But I hope for my next visit other...

Fantastic child friendly bar.

I first heard about tropical on Facebook whilst researching child friendly entertainment in Benidorm and added it to my ‘to go’ list. We finally visited on the 7th night of our 10 night holiday and wished we came sooner. We returned each night thereafter.

Entertainment is top notch with plenty of variety to suit all age ranges. Plenty of seating both inside and outside (the outside seating has a live stream of the stage so you don’t miss out on the entertainment!) drinks are competitively priced and bar staff are friendly. A must try as a family whilst in Benidorm.

Definitely worth the short walk up the Rincon De Loix to experience the top notch acts.
