Quaint, budget hotel, but clean and right on Las Ramblas in the centre of it all. Just watching the passing parade, strolling to the harbour (200 metres), the Gothic quarter (300 metres), the markets, restaurants, cafes, tapas bars or some of Gaudi's creations.|Breakfast is provided (basic) and the staff were eager to please, although some Spanish does help.|We found it perfect for our exploration of Barcelona and stayed there three times during our holiday in Spain, with the very efficient Metro within walking distance (with suicases) which links with the fast trains to Madrid, San Sebastian, Tarragona etc.|We will definitely stay there if we go back...
Read moreThis hotel is in an ideal location, right in the centre of Biescas, very close to its lively bars and restaurants. My room was very small but functional. It had light switches and electrical socket in the middle of the bed headboard which was rather odd. The toilet was a bit of a squeeze next to the shower cubicle. It was however a comfortable bed and I had a great night’s sleep. I had difficulty walking with knee pain so was pleased that there was a convenient lift. The staff were friendly and I had a decent breakfast. There is a large, free parking lot to the rear of the hotel as well as free on the streets around. It was good value...
Read moreStopped here for one night, whilst on driving holiday, following 10hrs driving. The receptionist was really helpful and spoke excellent english. We secured a first floor room for an excellent price - including continental breakfast. The hotel is situated very close to nearby bars and the town centre - but far enough away that it is a quiet location to ensure a good nights sleep. The room was clean, with solid wood floors and spacious with lots of storage space. Breakfast was very nice - coffee good and a selection of cheeses, meats, breads etc. Parking was safe on the wide road...
