It was the last available hotel in Cadaqués so we were wondering what was the flaw since the price at peak season with breakfast included was quite competitive. The truth is... there was no flaw. Very professional welcome with concise explanation about how this hotel works. 3-star hotel because of the services provided I guess, since I've stayed in 4-star hotels in France, UK & US that actually deserved a lower category than this one. The staff is very nice and took care very well of us despite our late arrival. Rooms are very clean (as usual with most hotels in Spain), simple but spacious and have (almost) everything you might need for a stay by the sea in Cadaqués. Parking in the hotel (in case you don't find a spot outside) is reasonably priced at 18€ per night. The hotel is located 5-10 minutes away by foot from the area where Cadaqués starts to get lively, so you can both enjoy calm nights while being just a short walk away from the noisy areas. Breakfast is ok, nothing fancy but with quality products...
Read more😊: A peaceful location yet only minutes from the sea front and restaurants. Cadaques was charming with many lovely shops and restaurants. The hotel was lovely and clean with friendly helpful staff. Although the pool area was not very big, it seemed adequate for the number of guests. There was a wide range of food at breakfast, a little bit of English,ie toast and cereals, and a huge range of continental food, all delicious. The added bonus was an underground garage which took away the worry of leaving the car in the street. It cost 18 euros per day but was well worth it.. 😢: We were a little disappointed at the size of our room. It was more suitable for single occupancy rather than a couple. The bed was pushed against the wall so I had to climb in from the bottom end. The safe didn't work and despite us calling in the receptionist many times, he was unable to repair it and it wasn't replaced during the 2 weeks...
Read moreI cannot speak highly enough of this hotel. We stayed for 6 nights in busy July. First of all the location is perfect - within 5 minutes you are on the main beachfront street of Cadaques but the hotel feels very quiet, peaceful and relaxing. The room was great (one small comment would be the air conditioning was a tad noisy - I imagine this would be an issue for some people but it didn't bother us), really clean and spacious with everything you need. Comfortable bed, nice shower and good storage space. The pool area was beautiful, really well maintained and perfect to sit out all day. The terrace area was also so lovely, we never had breakfast but sat out with drinks in the evening and had a sandwich one or two days for lunch. The offering was small but suited us all we ate mostly in Cadaques. Polite, friendly and professional staff everyday. It was a pleasure to stay here and I would definitely...
