We had four magic days at this hotel . The staff was more than amazing: helpful , always with a smile and very professional! The rooms are clean and big , so are the terraces and there’s a stunning view from the rooms. The food is extremely good !! A very qualified chef spoiled us with delicious “paellas”, fish, and many dishes from a menu with a large variety . On Friday we enjoyed someone playing the guitar and it was beautiful. Another day someone playing the violin . Both our dinners and lunches were at different restaurants at this hotel and both with breathtaking views . Breakfast : so generous with large variety of cheese, different breads , salmon veggies , large tables with food for different tastes . You can order to the chef different kinds of Omelettes : breakfast is also with a stunning view . They make good drinks and smoothies that they bring you to the pool area. The hotel has many swimming pools and indoor swimming pool as well and they are all clean and quiet. I will definitely come back !

Stay was in last week of May 2024 and was superb. Layers of mature gardens, tiled paths, stairways and four pools steadily head up the hillside and lead to superb panoramic views. Good walkable access to nearby beaches where snorkeling and paddle boarding seem the favourite things. Verandas and pool areas feel very private and restful. Completely silent nights followed by stunningly fresh mornings. The breakfast is very good, all eggs cooked to order. A good variety for meat eaters and vegans, including Cava. Would come here again in an instant.

Breakfast very poor. Cheap quality and “buffet” not as advertised in photos.|Wasps swarming breakfast which hotel staff feed with mouldy old meat left to rot in the sun.||No concierge available to help take luggage to room.||Room dirty with mosquitos squished into the walls. Bed uncomfortable. Light switches filthy with brown stains.||Bathroom has no ventilation, windows or extractors making it smelly and mouldy.|Hair dryer filthy, not usable.|Shower has very low water pressure and temperature jumps from hot to cold.||Pools filthy. None were cleaned once during my 7 night stay. I wasn’t able to use the pools as they were too dirty. Riddled with algae, sand, rust and dirt.||Indoor pool was even worse than outdoor in terms of cleanliness.||Communal outdoor showers also very dirty. Wouldn’t touch them with a barge pole. |Decking outside damaged with wooden beams sticking up in the air. Trip hazard and very unsightly.||Relaxation areas are tired and in need of refurb. Sun loungers must be 30 years old. Dirty and uncomfortable with many broken or damaged.||Steam room doesn’t work.||Sauna dirty and ancient with no scents to add to sauna coals.||Hot tub is a warm bathtub without working functions.||Communal areas and corridors inside hotel are filthy and riddled with holes and exposed electrical wires and sockets. Very hazardous.||Gym equipment is from 1970s and needs replacing. Not a usable gym.||Outdoor stairs to road do not have lighting making the journey up and down very dangerous.||No staff available for refreshments or snacks. There are no waiters available near any of the pools. Once you’re in there it’s like a prison in terms of services offered.||Reception often unmanned, no lifeguard or staff ever seen in the hotel. This place is really poor.||This is not a 5 star hotel. It barely warrants 3 stars.||Having made numerous complaints they are not cooperating, have not responded to me and aren't offering any form of refund or compensation. I will be taking legal action to get my money back. ||Hotel is not as advertised online. Misleading photos and information with many of the facilities either not working or too dirty to be usable.||Food prices are astronomical for poor, cheap produce. Nothing is...

The hotel very much matched our expectations based on the reviews and photos available on various sites online. ||Several pools and mature gardens are layered into the cove which is partly sheltered by pines, just in the right spots. ||The room was spotless and well-maintained throughout our stay. Fluffy fresh white towel, pool towels and robes and slippers. The super king size bed was firm and pillows were excellent. Our veranda was private, not overlooked and had an outdoor shower, umbrella and several chairs. One can smoke out of doors but obviously not in the room. ||The breakfast was excellent every day - eggs and bacon etc are cooked to ordered with no messy hot steel trays. Coffee consistently amazing whatever your preference. Vegans will find plenty on offer in terms of fruit, fruit salads, vegetables and lovely breads and cereals. There’s a good selection of meats and cheeses, pastries, muffins, juices and Cava should one want to start the day with a Mimosa or two ;-) ||We stayed for 7 days and ate most lunches and dinners in the hotel; all were excellent. One could go to other restaurants or rent a car but on this trip we just wanted to chill. There’s a small shop at the top of hill that’s easily walkable.||Beaches are close by and the water was fresh; several swimmers spend quite awhile swimming along the coastal waters. Snorkelling and paddle boarding are also popular. ||This isn’t a super modern hotel; it has all the amenities of the best, however. Those who are looking for something super trendy and modern - maybe not quite right . Those looking for something truly unique, rustic, private, with so many pools I’ve lost count - definitely the place to...

Not good. Wish I’d booked elsewhere. Location is pretty and staff friendly but that’s about as good as it gets. There wasn’t even a concierge to take our luggage to our room.

Breakfast is an utter disappointment. Low quality, cheap produce, little variety, and you have to order to the table. Wasps everywhere.

Rooms are good size but extremely dated big bed but uncomfortable mattress. The bathroom shower is awful. Low water pressure and the temperature fluctuates randomly from boiling hot to freezing cold. Hair dryer filthy. No windows or extractor in bathroom, and the lighting is insufficient. Holes and dents all over the walls to all areas of the hotel. Many mosquitos squished into bedroom walls with big old blood splatters. Shambolic.

Pools are filthy. They were not cleaned once during our 7 night stay. Full of algae, dirt and rust.

The “gym” is inadequate and Sauna is the same.

Steam room doesn’t work and they turn off the lights in the indoor pool area so you have to sit in the dark at night, making it unsafe for use. Hot tub is warm but no jets or bubbles.

Solarium advertised but non-existent.

The main restaurant is a lovely setting but severely overpriced. Very cheap ingredients but high prices.

Apparently adults only but have seen many kids at breakfast and in relaxation areas.

There is no outdoor bar so snacks and refreshments are impossible to get. No life guard working despite 7 pools. No waiting staff to pool areas. Once you’re there you’re on your own.

Cannot recommend and will not...
