The restaurant itself is really charming, with a lovely old Spanish style that immediately feels warm and welcoming. The staff were absolutely wonderful—friendly, attentive, and even found us a great table despite not having a reservation. The sangria I ordered was delicious and one of the highlights of the evening. Unfortunately, the food let the experience down. Everything was overwhelmingly salty, far beyond what we would normally enjoy (and we usually add extra salt ourselves). My cheese and bacon burger was messy, overly salty, and not very enjoyable. My partner ordered the special, which we assumed would be chicken breast in a sauce, but instead it turned out to be over-fried pieces of chicken on the bone. The meat was overcooked, very salty, and disappointing. It’s a shame, because the atmosphere, staff, and drinks were fantastic, but the food really needs improvement to match the rest of the experience. I can imagine this restaurant in its heyday was wonderfully authentic. I’m not putting it down because I want it to do badly, places like this are probably struggling to survive in today’s world. It had so much charm and we may have ordered the wrong things. To note, we had bread, olives and aioli to start which were delicious and ham and cheese croquettes which...
ENGLISH= My dad and I were spending the day in the different Calas when we decided to go to the town to eat something. We found Casa Luis that not only has a great view of the little town and the sea, but also has customer service that makes you want to return every day. We didn't have the opportunity to go at dusk, we went during the day. But I 100% recommend going when it gets dark because it seemed to us that if it was beautiful during the day, at night it would be even more breathtaking. The waitress who served us was super friendly, as was the owner of the place and the cook. If the cook comes out of the kitchen to greet you, you should know you are in good hands. With the waitress I had the opportunity to speak German (if you are German, come to this place they have a German menu!!) Ans thats all without mentioning the food. We ordered 4 tapas to share with a sangria and we were blown away by how great the tapas were and how delicious everything was. Not only that but they have a variety of food. We didn't have the opportunity to try the rabbit, which is the house specialty, but in the photos it seems to be delicious like all the other dishes. Be aware that there is only two people serving the place so be sure to be patient and friendly to those who serve you!. Overall we had an amazing experience of the place and the people who serve it. In addition, we were able to meet MariSol (the owner's "wife" - and I put it in quotes because she is a bird). I leave a photo of me with MariSol so you can understand. Amazing place will recommend everyone who goes to the calas!! The next time you are in Palma, GO TO THIS PLACE!! Do not miss it.. Greetings from the...
