tl;dr: Very nice and clean hotel; Great location at a beautiful beach; Amazing staff; Outstanding food; Pool water could be warmer||About us: We are a family of four, wanting to spend one week of summer vacation with a beach, pool and nice local food. My wife and I have visited Paguera the year before already.||Paguera: Just 30 mins away from Palma. Nice, small, touristy town with good infrastructure and a few nice restaurants.||Hotel: Modern, clean, with good infrastructure (indoor & outdoor pools, wifi, bar, free fresh water, kids club, ...). Though not super spacious, our room was big enough for the four of us and the sleeping couch for our kids was okay. We had a nice, big terrace. Perfect for drying clothes and towels. A huge plus was the generous, diverse and quality-wise, really good food. We had half board and could really replace lunches with little snacks, because breakfast and dinner buffets were amazing - big shout-out for the food.||Beach: We had access to the big main beach on the right and a smaller beach on the left. The smaller beach was less crowded and in general calmer than the main beach. The water was Cristal clear, the sand beach beautiful and waves just big enough for small kids to have fun - we loved it!||Pool: The indoor and outdoor pool were great and highly frequented location after time in the salty sea water - a perfect location for swimming and diving games for our kids. However, thew water was pretty cool and even at close to 30 degrees Celsius, a bit too cold to spend longer time in them. A few degrees of water temperature would have increased our experience with the pools.||All in all we had a really good time, would really recommend this hotel and hopefully visit it again...
Read moreDO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU ARE ANYTHING OTHER THAN FRENCH OR GERMAN!!
Terrible experience from the food to the bed- food was a disgrace see below my complain which was never addressed or properly finalised as they do not care about feedback. How this place has 4.3 star is another question!
We asked for quiet room and they gave us a room next to the reception. I have epilepsy and have mentioned this to staff- I needed a quiet area and this did not happen. I need my sleep and found it very hard to sleep due to our room being so close to the reception. Staff DID NOT CARE ABOUT THIS! We were never briefed on the hotel, eg entertainment, showed us where to eat, towel situation, pool We are on our honeymoon and mentioned this on our brief- nothing was done to accommodate this, we shouldn’t have been given the room we were given. Everything was in German, the hotel is catered for German and French people with families only. Cleaners woke us up two mornings at 830 to clean. Why would they knock on our door? This was disgraceful. Cleaners came into our room at 845 when we were still in bed. How is this ok? People running around near our room at 11pm-12am yelling and screaming in the foyer (every night) They advertise this as a 4 star hotel and this was not a 4 star hotel. No mini bar, no room service, no iron. The food was worse than boarding school food. Honestly I wouldn’t feed the food to my dog. The pizza arrived out and it was harder than a biscuit and cold. We also sent back the pasta as it was not cooked properly and was also cold (clearly they made the food before and just left it there...

We booked this hotel for 5 nights, roughly $1900 before checking in. The hotel is a self proclaimed “all inclusive” hotel but this is not the case. Only a mattress, room, and breakfast buffet are included. Dinner is an additional 25 € per person per dinner, you can imagine how quickly this adds up. The problems never ended. The first night staying at this hotel we barely able to sleep because of how hot the room was. The following morning we were told “the 7th floor is hot” but we were not offered a different room, nor was a technician sent, nor was a basic apology offered. The following nights would consist of more of the exact same, hot room, A/C running 24/7 and not cooling the room. Be careful if you need your room serviced, the cleaners will turn off the air condition unless you SPECIFICALLY ask for it not to be turned off. The free drink vouchers only apply to drinks of the bars choosing — no cocktails, the only options were cheap champagne and whatever beer they have on tap. Views, beach access and spa were acceptable, but the steam sauna (Turkish sauna) was out of service. Overall I would not recommend staying at this hotel, our total cost upon checkout for 5 nights was 2250 €. If you want value and a comfortable stay with kind staff I recommend finding a...
