Rooms don't come with a "do not disturb/do not clean sign" which is why you are rudely woken up by room service every morning trying to break in to your room. If you don't speak Spanish, explaining that you do not want your room cleaned is a waste of time, as well as trying to make arrangements for breakfast (which the hotel offers) since no one in staff understands a word of English, nor do they try to. They have a brother-company that can bundle trips and activities for your stay if you enquire to the hotel.
