Superb, fabulous - I find it difficult to express how much I loved this charming hotel.||We had a wonderful room right on the top floor of this hotel accessed by lift or stairs - and wow what a room!|Wonderful large beautifully finished room with everything you could need . Nespresso machine etc - a really great interpretation of tradition with modern touches. |The jewel in the crown is the really large balcony/ terrace which has the most fab views and the great sound of waves crashing to send you off to sleep.||Ensuite you will find an enormous two person jacuzzi with the same view as the terrace - wow!!||Completely faultless.||Please note that there is only one room of this type and it is a hefty premium but worth every penny - we had intended to stay one night and stayed three!||Be aware that there is no parking but you can drop your bags and then park the car free in many different places.||Getaria is the most charming small fishing town which has many wonderful seafood restaurants - the girls on reception will give you advice.||This hotel has become one of my top favourite hotels anywhere in the World.||Charming little town , lovely people , sensational food and - I don't...

Such a lovely and charming hotel in a great location.||Close to shops, bank, restaurants along the sea - and a short walk down to the main beach.||Even better for us pelegrinos, right along the Camino so no detour needed at the end of a long day’s walk; and right out the front door the next day to get going!||Nice little lounge upstairs with a small honour-system fridge bar. Outside terrace overlooking one of the beaches is just an absolute delight for sunset apero and morning breakfast alike.||Rooms were clean and comfortable. Front desk staff exceedingly helpful.||My only niggly complaint is that breakfast - which is excellent - does not start until 8.30. That’s late for people doing the Camino, by at least an hour. Located in Centre of town a few steps off main road, and central plaza.

The service was exceptional. We had complications with a need to cancel some onward arrangements and make new ones. Georgiana at the front desk helped in contacting the local travel company and sorting things out. We couldn't have done it without her help. We stayed 2 nights, the first in a standard room, and the second in a spacious room with a balcony overlooking their garden and a beach below. The standard room also had a similar view

The a la carte breakfast was served on a terrace overlooking the beach, and was wonderful - with a choice of fresh fruits and other items. The good food combined with surroundings made it one of the most memorable breakfasts ever.
