A Truly Memorable Stay – Highly Recommended Guesthouse in the Heart of Ibiza City

I recently had the absolute pleasure of staying for an extended period at this wonderful guesthouse in the very heart of Ibiza City, and I cannot speak highly enough of the entire experience. From the moment I arrived until the day I reluctantly departed, everything about this place exceeded my expectations.

First and foremost, the professionalism and hospitality shown by the entire team was outstanding. Every interaction—from the warm welcome at check-in to the helpful advice and friendly chats throughout my stay—reflected a deep commitment to guest satisfaction and comfort. The receptionist was especially kind, always ready with a smile and incredibly helpful with local tips, transportation advice, and any questions I had, no matter how small.

One of the things that stood out most during my stay was the exceptional cleanliness of the guesthouse. My room and all the common areas were always spotless, and it was clear that the cleaning staff took great pride in their work. They were also incredibly friendly and respectful, which made all the difference in creating a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere.

The entire guesthouse was well-organized, with everything thoughtfully arranged to make life easier for guests. Whether it was access to amenities, ease of communication with staff, or information about local attractions, everything was just a breeze. You can truly feel that this place is run with care and attention to detail.

Beyond all the practicalities, though, it was the overall loveliness and warmth of the place and the people that made it so special. There’s a genuine friendliness and charm here that makes you feel more like you’re visiting friends than staying in a hotel. It’s a rare and beautiful quality that’s hard to find.

The location is another huge plus—it’s right in the heart of Ibiza City, making it incredibly easy to explore. Shops, restaurants, the harbor, beaches, nightlife, and cultural attractions are all just minutes away on foot. Whether you’re in Ibiza for the vibrant energy or the peaceful corners, this location puts you close to it all.

To anyone looking for a great stay in Ibiza, I would highly recommend this guesthouse. Whether you’re coming for a short holiday or a longer stay, this is the kind of place that makes you feel at home and truly taken care of.

To start with: I'm am very happy guest and not a hotel tester. In my view, this guest house is a place of history, a place that lives. It is obviously maintained with a lot of love and dedication, it seems that the owner consciously decided to preserve the land typical manner, instead of going mainstream. Each room has it´s own very special character. The house invites me to get away from it all, but of course also to recover from a long night of partying ;-). What I first had to understand myself: by dispensing with superfluous elements and warm light, this place creates a harmonious and clear ambience that calms the mind and focuses on the essentials. Technically it is at the highest level: you receive access by keycard or code for instance and everything you need is located in the immediate vicinity. I have rarely visited a place where hospitality is so highly valued, where the cleaning ladies treat a surrounding as if it was their own. La struttura si trova all’ ultimo piano di un edificio molto curato e signorile, alcune camere si affacciano su una piazzetta meno bella per paesaggio e più trafficata, alcune invece (e dove si affacciava la nostra camera) , godono di una vista fantastica, oltre che su di una piazzetta un po’ più carina: praticamente vedi la città vecchia di Eivissa cambiare i colori dall’ alba al tramonto e la sera sembra un presepe, un dipinto costante davanti agli occhi. ||Va dettò però che per raggiungere le camere bisogna fare tre rampe belle ripide di scale, non sono impossibili, ma risultano faticose da fare dopo una giornata in cui si è già camminato molto, oppure la sera quando si rientra tardi.||Le camere sono tutte molto curate e pulite, arredate in stile arte povera, alcune sono dotate di un piccolo lavandino. Letto comodissimo con tanti cuscini, lenzuola morbidissime, asciugamani sempre cambiati e ripiegati perfettamente sul letto, camera ripulita e ordinata ogni mattina con cura, tranne la domenica (forse giorno di riposo).||Nel piano in cui si trovava la nostra camera c’erano due bagni a disposizione di tutti i clienti, entrambi con wc, lavandino e doccia con mosaico, non ci sono specchi nei bagni, ma ce ne sono tantissimi nel corridoio .||C’è poi una stanza con tre docce una di fianco all’ altra sempre a disposizione dei clienti, ma non l’ho mai usate perché ho sempre trovato i bagni liberi e quindi più comodi.||Ero un pochino scettica sull’ uso del bagno in comune, ma mi sono ricreduta in quanto li ho sempre trovati puliti (solo un piccolo problema con la tenda della doccia che tende ad allagare un po’ il bagno).||Posizione perfetta per visitare la città di Eivissa e la WI FI sempre funzionante .||Aspetti non molto positivi: ||-l ’aria condizionata nelle camere situate in tutto il piano non si può regolare in quanto centralizzata alla stessa temperatura per tutte le camere (a differenza delle camere adiacenti che costano qualcosa in più e che sono divise da un’altra porta, dove invece l’aria condizionata è privata per ogni camera), il motore dell’aria condizionata non smette mai di funzionare , purtroppo si trovava praticamente sopra la porta della nostra camera ed era molto rumoroso anche se poi ci si abitua.||Le camere che danno sulla graziosa piazzetta sono un po’ esposte al rumore che proviene appunto dalla piazza, essendo molto popolata dopo le 18 e fino a notte tarda (siamo a Ibiza è normale), si sente musica , un vociare continuo proveniente dai bar /ristoranti ma se si chiudono le finestre si sente meno in quanto ben isolate.||- il piccolo balconcino non dispone di fili per stendere costumi e asciugamani, forse perché ci sono tanti piccioni che sostano sopra. ||Forse bisognerebbe pensare ad uno spazio comune dove poter stendere.||- Il personale è gentile, anche se il proprietario mi è sembrato un pochino sulle sue, sfuggente e poco disponibile a chiacchierare anche solo un “benvenuti” e chiedere “com'è' andata la giornata?” avrebbe reso sicuramente il soggiorno ancora più piacevole, forse non parla molto perché non conosce benissimo l’italiano, mi è sembrata infatti una struttura frequentata da pochi italiani. ||Nel complesso una bella struttura , soprattutto per qualità prezzo ad Agosto in...
