Seahorse Ibiza Beach Club — Restaurant in Ibiza

We went to this beach club every day during our time in Ibiza and it was good, except on our final day on the Sunday which has ruined the higher rating we wanted to give. Every day prior to the Sunday we would spend 100€ + on several drinks and cocktails, however on the Sunday we just wanted a chill vibe to sit and enjoy an iced latte and a bottle of water, and on this day our treatment from staff was very different (to note: we had different staff on the Sunday to every other day). We were constantly interrupted every 5-10 minutes to order more, to remove personal belongings from our table (sun cream, water - which was not an issue on any of the other days where we were spending more nor for any other guest tables) and overall felt very rushed and unwelcome. The beach club was very empty at this time, so it was not a case of trying to free up space. Other guests were welcomed, made to feel included and spoken to nicely yet on the Sunday we were spoken to horribly and bossed around. As such we left earlier than expected, as we were hoping to try some of the food after our drinks, but instead we left and paid for the latte and water we had at the bar and went elsewhere. Honestly, not sure how to rate this one. Atmosphere was amazing, however we were "welcomed" by a waitress, cold, who told us we couldn't sit in the restaurant area with the bikini top we had to be on the lounges (understandable), so we went and had a sit there and enjoyed delicious cocktails. To our surprise a guest was sitting in the restaurant area, in a bikini top... Not sure why some get the special treatment and some don't.

Second after the cocktails, we ordered a bottle of rose, that took over half an hour to come out, we had already finished the bowl of fries before it arrived, and it was warm....

The positive: Sofia, great waitress who knows how to deal, speak with clients and be amazingly professional yet accommodating and shining, as no one else seems to smile. Next team briefing, promote her to manager.

We had a wonderful experience at Seahorse Beach Club! The service was excellent – the staff are very kind, attentive, and always eager to help, making sure your stay is as comfortable as possible. Special shoutout to our waiter Samuel, who was especially helpful, friendly, and made our time here even more enjoyable.

The food was delicious and beautifully presented, with a nice variety to choose from. The atmosphere is very relaxing with chilled music that perfectly fits the beach vibe. We booked a Bali bed for two people, the EUR 140 (for two people) included 100 EUR for food and drinks in the beach club.

The beach itself is easy to access, sandy, and perfect for spending the day under the sun. Combined with the great service and tasty food, it really makes for a perfect beach day in Ibiza....
