They know what they’re doing and what they’re talking about, and you can tell making the customers happy is their main priority. The food is pretty good, some Italian classics, and for their prices it’s 100% worth it. La PEOR EXPERIENCIA que he tenido en un alojamiento. Habíamos reservado un apartamento con baño privado y cuando llegamos el baño no era privado, eran varias habitaciones y un baño común para todos, es decir, no son las condiciones del anuncio. Estaba todo súper desordenado y con mucha basura amontonada. Había un olor muy fuerte a sudado y a cerrado. No pudimos quedarnos ahí porque las condiciones eran un poco inhumanas, terminamos pagando alojamiento en otro lado… A pesar de intentar comunicarnos con la chica responsable del alojamiento ella solo nos daba largas sobre que el baño si era privado y que lo del olor no era cierto, cuando ni si quiera fue ella la que nos recibió, fue un empleado suyo, tampoco nos respondía a las llamadas. Encima tiene el descaro de decir que no es su responsabilidad explicarnos lo que tiene o no tiene el apartamento, de risa. Intentamos llegar a un acuerdo para un reembolso completo o parcial del pago, nos dijo que nos haría un ingreso de parte del dinero al día siguiente, que le diéramos un número de cuenta para poder hacernos el ingreso (todo esto fue hablado en la noche en la que nos íbamos a hospedar) Resulta que al día siguiente, tras varios intentos de comunicarme con ella me termina bloqueando.
