Black and White Hostel — Hotel in Palamós

Mixed feelings about this hostel. Echoing one of the other reviewers, the online check-in was complicated and impractical. I was hiking on the GR92 when the check-in link was sent and ended up standing outside trying to figure out the app for 15 min before another guest let me in and explained how to use the app to open the doors.

Even though I was the only one in my room, I was still assigned to a top bunk, which was annoying. There was nowhere to hang my jacket or clothes to dry out after getting rained on, and nowhere to put my towel after showering.

The bed was comfortable with a nice duvet, very cozy. Everything was clean and seemed newly remodeled. The location is great, and there are several good cafes around the corner for breakfast if you're trying to get an...

It's better than any other hostel that I've ever stayed in. Smells good, everything is clean, the beds are amazing, with hotel-like blankets and pillows, curtains and little nooks working as a side table. the kitchen is well stocked, has a microwave oven, a lot of pots and pans and beautiful plates. rooms are spacious and have big windows and air conditioning. there's even a little backyard and they supply you with towels as well. the best value for money! also a nice host, that is available via whatsapp and sends cleaning/service personnel very fast. would really recommend...

Déçue par cet établissement qui semble récent mais pas si confortable qu'il n'y parait. Nous avons réservé pour 2 personnes. Le check-in en ligne est compliqué et peu pratique (une partie des liens ont été envoyés au dernier moment le jour même alors que nous étions en plein trek sur le GR92...). Arrivées sur place, l'un des lits qui nous était destiné était déjà occupé par quelqu'un, on a dû rappeler la personne qui représente le lieu (il n'y a pas de réception sur place). Le lit de remplacement qu'on a dû prendre à la place n'avait pas de rideau... Aussi, il manquait de crochets/ceintres pour suspendre les affaires (certaines personnes dans le dortoir posaient leurs affaires sur le lit propre des autres!!), les salles de bain étaient peu propres et sans chauffage.
