Habana 1956 — Restaurant in Palamós

We asked the waitress about the menu and she was extremely aggressive and rude. I felt uncomfortable, but my girlfriend wanted to eat there, so we went inside. The waitress continued to speak in a disrespectful way, and ruined the eating experience for me. It seems like she does not want any customers, and does not have any customer service skills.

However, the food was very good, and the decoration and design of the restaurant was nice.

Also, another younger waitress was more polite.

So I will give the restaurant 4 stars for the food. However if the first waitress was not there, I would give 5 stars.

La camarera continuó hablando de manera irrespetuosa y me arruinó la experiencia de comer. Parece que ella no quiere ningún cliente y no tiene ninguna habilidad de servicio al cliente.

Top notch food and amazing service. Everything we ordered was incredibly delicious and made with fine attention to detail. The service was excellent and friendly, they were fast, attentive, and made solid recommendations. Portion sizes are more generous than we expected, so the server even suggested that we down size our order by one item, which was correct as we got the right amount of food. As tourists we have visited so many restaurants in Palamos and this restaurant is the best! If you are looking for authentic and high quality food and friendly service, you will not be disappointed.
