Beautiful setting. Efficient reception. We were told about the specials that night and left to choose. Menu is very meat oriented but good fish choices. Nice idea to have only tapas style dishes but restaurant not without its faults. The Maitre d' took our order (got one thing wrong) and actually left while I was in mid sentence asking about a dish. Perfect opportunity for her to expand/give me more info/sell the dish but she just walked off... in.. mid.. sentence!!! Never seen that before!! First dish was not what we ordered so was quickly whisked away and we were given a deep fried bread thing with some unidentifiable mousse on top. Then the dishes started to arrive, good timing, one by one but all were verging on cold. When we commented on this later we were told in supercilious terms that THAT dish is supposed to be served luke-warm and if we had wanted it hot we should have asked. Nowhere on the menu was this indicated. The dishes were ok, more show than substance. The pulpo was not the most tender and served with literally 7 grains of quinoa. The pan con tomate was soggy and tasteless. The croquetas de jamon were mediocre with chewy bits of ham inside. The vieira were nicely crisped in a bed of tasty black rice ..but cold. The bacalao ravioli were cold and had lots of ?potato. The waitress tried hard but the maitre d's attitude was unfriendly, uncaring and we did not feel the welcome or that our treatment lived up to the very special image the restaurant is trying to convey. Mucho postureo pero...

La chica que cortaba jamón daba miedo de ver como estaba degollando la pata. Luego apareció otro señor para decirle cómo hacerlo, pero ni así. La paletilla tampoco tenia una pinta maravillosa, dicho sea de paso.

Les faltaban un montón de cosas de bebida, lo que imposibilitó hacer un aperitivo antes de cenar.

Mucha gente "trabajando" pero todos bastante perdidos.

Lo de la música de fondo.... LA BANDA SONORA DE DRAGON BALL EN VERSIÓN CHILL OUT!! surrealista. A ver... Seamos serios.

El vino del MENÚ DEGUSTACIÓN (50€ por persona)... Horrible.

Camareros explicándole a la gente como comerse las cosas y hablándoles como si fuesen sus colegas en un botellón. INNECESARIO.

Lo de recoger las botellas vacías y los restos de cosas... A su rollo y bastante lentos. Vamos, que si no lo pedimos....

Las botellas de agua. Visiblemente reutilizadas.

El "aperol" con berberechos es incomible. Si alguien dice que le gusta, miente, y si te pregunta el camarero y le dices que no te ha gustado, te mira mal, como si eso no fuese posible.

El bombón de mejillón... Pésimo y bastante guarrindongada.

El fua rebozado encima de un nacho, estaba aceptable, y poco más.

A PARTIR DE AQUÍ, NOS FUIMOS DEL RESTAURANTE PORQUE UN CAMARERO QUE PODRÍA SER MI HIJO POR LA EDAD (Y TENGO 40) NOS FALTÓ AL RESPETO DE UNA MANERA INCREÍBLE, SE NOS ENCARÓ DE MANERA VIOLENTA Y ENCIMA UNA CAMARERA (la cortadora de jamón con motosierra) EMPUJÓ A MI MUJER HACÍA LA CALLE PORQUE CREYÓ NECESARIO ECHARLA A ELLA EN VEZ DE HACER CALLAR AL ENFERMI QUE TIENEN COMO CAMARERO.

UNA VERGÜENZA TODO

Si digo que es el peor sitio en el que he estado (y he estado en unos cuantos bastante lamentables) me quedo corto

No entiendo como puede funcionar un sitio así.

En Palamós hay por lo menos una docena de restaurantes que le dan mil vueltas a este, incluyendo las heladerías, las tiendas de chuches y el señor que vende cocos en la playa en verano, no os dejéis engañar por las apariencias y la "modernidad", porque es una auténtica m*, y eso sin tener en cuenta al camarero simpático que nos arruinó el fin de semana.

Incluyo foto (es de una persona que les dió 5 estrellas) en la que se ve el delito del jamón, aunque ellos lo enseñen como si fuese maravilloso. Es lo que pasa cuando no...

Our third visit over the years. Maybe it's familiarity, but the service and food quality hasn't kept up with the price increases. Example. Food. the suckling pig meat was very, very over salted. We mentioned it, I hope someone cares. Bread offered after four courses. Service. The waiter crumbed down the table with his hand before his colleague returned to do it correctly. Only little points but they're schoolboy errors which never happened previously. I guess if they hadn't happened before I would mention these as shortcomings. We visited this restaurant to try the tasting menu, given to us as a gift. The service was attentive and considerate throughout the entire lunch. The dishes were really good and greatly executed, even items I wouldn’t normally eat, like ceviche, were so well-prepared that I enjoyed eating their version. The cocktails were also on the same level as the food, sweet and well balanced. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our experience here.

Todo los adjetivos para dvisi son sinonimos de calidad ,saber hacer muy bien las cosas ,cocina con una gran tecnica i con una muy buena base,que siempre esta en constante evolución y corre de manos de jordi simon(chef i propietario junto con laura vicente que tambien es propietaria y aparte ser directora de sala y que se encarga y muy bien de transmitir a sus clientes su saber hacer tanto de ella como de su professional brigada de camareros en sala como de hacer participe a sus clientes de las obras de arte que jordi(pareja)y su professional equipo de cocina preparan ¡al momento! Es un deleite para el paladar ,sentidos i visualmente como entre jordi y laura dan juego y engrassan gastronomicamente todos los engranages para que las maquinas de dvisi no paren de crear y tengan el arte del buen hacer!!!!! A sido todo un placer !!Menú degustación de 10!!!!desde los aperitivos hasta el postre!!!!!!a medida que te van dando los servicios es una montña rusa de sabores impactantes!!Jordi siempre en su cocina tiene pincelada y guiños del sudeste asiatico!!!!!y eso le aporta un punch!!muy bueno!!!!! Todo los adjetivos para dvisi son sinonimos de calidad ,saber hacer muy bien las cosas ,cocina con una gran tecnica i con una muy buena base,que siempre esta en constante evolución y corre de manos de jordi simon(chef i propietario junto con laura vicente que tambien es propietaria y aparte ser directora de sala y que se encarga y muy bien de transmitir a sus clientes su saber hacer tanto de ella como de su professional brigada de camareros en sala como de hacer participe a sus clientes de las obras de arte que jordi(pareja)y su professional equipo de cocina preparan ¡al momento! Es un deleite para el paladar ,sentidos i visualmente como entre jordi y laura dan juego y engrassan gastronomicamente todos los engranages para que las maquinas de dvisi no paren de crear y tengan el arte del buen hacer!!!!! Their bonbons were superb. Deserts also. Main course chicken was superb too, the rest good but not great. The location is beautiful. Disappointing was the service, the tasting menu was only if the entire table joined, which was unpleasant, the digital menu's were too complicated to operate, English was poor with most staff. All in all a nice evening with a few irritations.
