The hotel was at a very high level, I didn't miss anything and everything worked as it should. Regular cleaning in the room, replenishment of everything necessary, change of towels and bath towels daily, they even changed our beds during the week, so cleanliness and maintenance of cleanliness is really good.|-- What I would really highlight is the food, you will feel like in paradise in this hotel, the half board offered here is probably the best I have ever experienced, the selection, the theme is different every day, but there is a constant basis of fresh other dishes, the selection and freshness are really not visible, both breakfast and dinner. The service around you is also constantly jumping around, there is a visibly moving management of the company and it really intervenes, manages and helps, a real experience both gourmet and in terms of comfort and luxury.|- The pool is maintained (several pools), cleaned daily. Movement in the area only via chip cards, so only guests.|- The location of the room (we had a Junior by the pool) was absolutely great with a view of the pools and it suited us.|- The location of the hotel is in the second wave of hotels (about 300m from the edge of the beach), so the distance is really 5min. There is absolutely great public transport in the area, where you can get everywhere by bus for 2€ in a few minutes and it runs every 5min.|- The public beach has umbrellas and sunbeds for high fees (overpriced), I recommend buying an umbrella for 16 to 20€ on the first day and leaving it on site at the end of your stay, it is definitely worth it. The sea is like coffee, clean and warm, one day the waves are calm as a mirror (great), gradual sandy entrance. You will be satisfied.|- There are endless shops and restaurants around the entire beach and it is lively from morning to night, the advantage is that it does not disturb you, the location of the hotel is good.|Minor flaws:|Smoking on the balconies and in the area around the pools is very unpleasant and a minority of guests smoke here, but it bothers the majority, whether it's cigarettes or various inhalers. One smokes next to you and 9 people suffocate in the area and it bothers them. But I am aware that this problem is almost everywhere and is still difficult to solve, so I don't see it as a problem that is the hotel's fault. Smoking is also a problem on the beach, but as I write this is probably everywhere so far.||In general, I would recommend the hotel to everyone 99% of the time, you really can't...

I had a thoroughly enjoyable stay at this hotel. The room was impeccably clean, well-stocked with everything we needed, and offered a picturesque view of the adjacent park (located in Bloque A). The restaurant served a wide variety of delicious food for both breakfast and dinner, with fresh fruit and vegetables being a particular highlight. The staff was incredibly friendly, attentive, and accommodating, going out of their way to ensure that everything was to our liking. I would like to extend special thanks to Pilar, the waiting staff, and the cooks, who were especially kind and helpful when my boyfriend and I fell ill on separate occasions during our stay. They provided us with specialized diets and regularly checked on us to make sure we were comfortable. We never felt like we were imposing on anyone, as the staff was always happy to assist us. Furthermore, I was impressed by the exceptional coordination and teamwork among the restaurant staff, who were able to handle even the busiest of evenings with ease, promptly cleaning tables and serving guests with beverages. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel and appreciate the exceptional service we received from the staff.

While I greatly enjoyed my stay at this hotel, I do believe that there is some room for improvement in certain areas. For instance, the rooms could benefit from some enhancements. There was no air ventilator in the bathroom, which meant that we had to leave the bathroom door open along with the balcony door while taking a shower, to prevent excess moisture from accumulating and causing mold. Although this was not a problem for us, I don't think all guests would think of this. Additionally, the hair dryer was not working properly and kept taking breaks while I was drying my hair, which was a bit inconvenient for me, as my hair requires a specific treatment. However, I understand that this may have been due to energy-saving measures. I also noticed that the walls between the rooms and hallway were quite thin, which somewhat disrupted our privacy and tranquility during the night. Nevertheless, these minor issues did not significantly detract from our overall experience at the hotel, and I would still highly recommend it to...

Check-in and Check-out was quick, if your room is at most at third floor, use stairs - two tiny lifts are slow and unreliable. Food was great at breakfast and dinner aswell, wide variety and different cuisine themes every day. You can spot some bugs at the restaurant, so make your own judgement. The staff is friendly and speak english well-enough, although we felt their service is focused on German speaking guests (who are a vast majority of the island's visitors). Pool with pool bar are above average, with enough sun-beds and umbrellas. Bar serves great drinks and some grill-based food up to 21:00 every day. Nearby sandy beach is spacious, water is shallow for like 50 meters from the shoreline, and just after that you can expect depth from around 2 meters, so beach is nice for not-so-skilled swimmers. You can find many restaurants, grocery stores and gift shops all along the beach. City of Palma is easily reachable by local bus lines and fare is cheap (2€ per person per ride). City itself is beautiful (cathedtal is a MUST SEE) with rich history and really calm atmosphere (we really recommend a tour with guide to get full experience). Tap water is not recommended for drinking, but you can buy pretty cheap bottled water in local supermarkets. Do NOT buy anything from shady street/beach vendors - from water, sunglasses, towels, handbags, football jerseys... They are fake, overpriced and low quality overall. The return flights from Mallorca airports are very frequent, airport is ENORMOUS and busy, so make sure you arrive to the...

Me & my bf stayed here for 8 nights. Positives: Location is good; surrounded by other hotels, however it is a quiet and family friendly area. The beach is a stones throw away, and we had a lovely view of it from our room. The rooms are standard, just enough space for all our belongings. There are two pools, one shallow pool with a jacuzzi and one deeper pool. Unfortunately people claim their sun-beds for the day by throwing their towels on them early in the morning. So it may be hard to find seating around the pool if you’re a large group. Food is very tasty and they provided a wide selection for breakfast and dinner. Negatives: The food is not labelled to what it is. Me and my bf are vegetarian and often had to ask the staff if the dish contained meat, to which they weren’t sure either. Same with dessert, a lot of options but nothing labelled. Unfortunately on our last night we had ants in our room. We called the reception and the lady was very rude, her only option was to spray the ants. She said we had to come to the desk ourselves and get the ant spray. Bear in mind this was around 11pm and we were in our PJ’s. She did not apologise or offer to come and clean it for us. We had to spray the ants ourselves, leaving us with a pile of dead ants in our room all night. This was not pleasant.

This is a incredible hotel for 4 stars. We went here in June, and the outdoor pool was open. It’s two fairly big pools with massagers and airbags. The indoor pool was very small. The food and drinks here are really good, with a small amount of them being below average. They have a special corner during dinner that changes every day. One day it can be burgers and the other day it can be asian food. There is a beach very close to the hotel. There was also a rent a car in the hotel. We got an Opel Astra, but it was expensive, with it being around 300€ for 5 days. Even though it’s expensive, I recommend renting a car. There are so much beautiful beaches in Mallorca which you can only get to by driving. My favourite we went to was s’Amarador. The staff and reception are all very nice, but they’re not that good at speaking English. The rooms are fairly big, having two beds, a large table with a chair, a coffee machine, a fridge and more. The bathroom is an average hotel bathroom, however the door is never fully closable. By the way, the safe is 28€. For a budget-friendly trip to Mallorca, this is probably the best you can get.

An overall nice stay - the rooms were rather small but cute, as for the noise a lot of people are complaining about - it all depends on how your neighbors will behave. The first 3 days we had a quiet elderly couple in the room next to ours and I didn't hear ANYTHING. For the rest of the stay 2 young boys occupied this room and this is where the noisy part began. So yes, if your neighbors tend to slam the door in the middle of the night or laugh loudly, then you will definitely hear them. Food was great - both breakfast and dinner. A lot to choose from, everything tasty. This was the biggest plus of the whole stay. The pool area is nice but a bit small given how many people the hotel can accommodate. It was not crowded but it was not top high season also. Paid food and drinks at the bar partly very nice and partly rather tasteless - I don't recommend taking the Cesar's salad, that one was bad. Frozen margaritas were nice, the Pina colada absolutely awful!!! Service was overall very nice, with a few exceptions mainly at the reception. Generally a good experience!
