The hotel was at a very high level, I didn't miss anything and everything worked as it should. Regular cleaning in the room, replenishment of everything necessary, change of towels and bath towels daily, they even changed our beds during the week, so cleanliness and maintenance of cleanliness is really good.|-- What I would really highlight is the food, you will feel like in paradise in this hotel, the half board offered here is probably the best I have ever experienced, the selection, the theme is different every day, but there is a constant basis of fresh other dishes, the selection and freshness are really not visible, both breakfast and dinner. The service around you is also constantly jumping around, there is a visibly moving management of the company and it really intervenes, manages and helps, a real experience both gourmet and in terms of comfort and luxury.|- The pool is maintained (several pools), cleaned daily. Movement in the area only via chip cards, so only guests.|- The location of the room (we had a Junior by the pool) was absolutely great with a view of the pools and it suited us.|- The location of the hotel is in the second wave of hotels (about 300m from the edge of the beach), so the distance is really 5min. There is absolutely great public transport in the area, where you can get everywhere by bus for 2€ in a few minutes and it runs every 5min.|- The public beach has umbrellas and sunbeds for high fees (overpriced), I recommend buying an umbrella for 16 to 20€ on the first day and leaving it on site at the end of your stay, it is definitely worth it. The sea is like coffee, clean and warm, one day the waves are calm as a mirror (great), gradual sandy entrance. You will be satisfied.|- There are endless shops and restaurants around the entire beach and it is lively from morning to night, the advantage is that it does not disturb you, the location of the hotel is good.|Minor flaws:|Smoking on the balconies and in the area around the pools is very unpleasant and a minority of guests smoke here, but it bothers the majority, whether it's cigarettes or various inhalers. One smokes next to you and 9 people suffocate in the area and it bothers them. But I am aware that this problem is almost everywhere and is still difficult to solve, so I don't see it as a problem that is the hotel's fault. Smoking is also a problem on the beach, but as I write this is probably everywhere so far.||In general, I would recommend the hotel to everyone 99% of the time, you really can't...
Read moreI had a thoroughly enjoyable stay at this hotel. The room was impeccably clean, well-stocked with everything we needed, and offered a picturesque view of the adjacent park (located in Bloque A). The restaurant served a wide variety of delicious food for both breakfast and dinner, with fresh fruit and vegetables being a particular highlight. The staff was incredibly friendly, attentive, and accommodating, going out of their way to ensure that everything was to our liking. I would like to extend special thanks to Pilar, the waiting staff, and the cooks, who were especially kind and helpful when my boyfriend and I fell ill on separate occasions during our stay. They provided us with specialized diets and regularly checked on us to make sure we were comfortable. We never felt like we were imposing on anyone, as the staff was always happy to assist us. Furthermore, I was impressed by the exceptional coordination and teamwork among the restaurant staff, who were able to handle even the busiest of evenings with ease, promptly cleaning tables and serving guests with beverages. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel and appreciate the exceptional service we received from the staff.
While I greatly enjoyed my stay at this hotel, I do believe that there is some room for improvement in certain areas. For instance, the rooms could benefit from some enhancements. There was no air ventilator in the bathroom, which meant that we had to leave the bathroom door open along with the balcony door while taking a shower, to prevent excess moisture from accumulating and causing mold. Although this was not a problem for us, I don't think all guests would think of this. Additionally, the hair dryer was not working properly and kept taking breaks while I was drying my hair, which was a bit inconvenient for me, as my hair requires a specific treatment. However, I understand that this may have been due to energy-saving measures. I also noticed that the walls between the rooms and hallway were quite thin, which somewhat disrupted our privacy and tranquility during the night. Nevertheless, these minor issues did not significantly detract from our overall experience at the hotel, and I would still highly recommend it to...
Read moreCheck-in and Check-out was quick, if your room is at most at third floor, use stairs - two tiny lifts are slow and unreliable. Food was great at breakfast and dinner aswell, wide variety and different cuisine themes every day. You can spot some bugs at the restaurant, so make your own judgement. The staff is friendly and speak english well-enough, although we felt their service is focused on German speaking guests (who are a vast majority of the island's visitors). Pool with pool bar are above average, with enough sun-beds and umbrellas. Bar serves great drinks and some grill-based food up to 21:00 every day. Nearby sandy beach is spacious, water is shallow for like 50 meters from the shoreline, and just after that you can expect depth from around 2 meters, so beach is nice for not-so-skilled swimmers. You can find many restaurants, grocery stores and gift shops all along the beach. City of Palma is easily reachable by local bus lines and fare is cheap (2€ per person per ride). City itself is beautiful (cathedtal is a MUST SEE) with rich history and really calm atmosphere (we really recommend a tour with guide to get full experience). Tap water is not recommended for drinking, but you can buy pretty cheap bottled water in local supermarkets. Do NOT buy anything from shady street/beach vendors - from water, sunglasses, towels, handbags, football jerseys... They are fake, overpriced and low quality overall. The return flights from Mallorca airports are very frequent, airport is ENORMOUS and busy, so make sure you arrive to the...
